Zwłaszcza czarne worki ze śmieciami składowane pod oknem na klatce schodowej - bardzo źle to wygląda. Albo usunąć worki, albo zadaszyć tą przestrzeń , albo zasłonić okno. Toaleta w strefie basenowej niesprawna. Parking na sąsiedniej działce, utwardzonej ale trochę zaniedbanej.
