Hotel très bien placé.
Pros:

Au centre de Lugano, au pied du funiculaire menant à la gare. Literie confortable, il y a un petit frigo et un safe. Il y a avait une fête au centre ville, nous n'avons rien entendu du tout malgré le bruit ambiant. Bon petit déjeuner avec quelques produits locaux et des bons pains.

La chambre est un peu petite.

A great hotel for first timers to Lugano
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located next to the Funicular connecting the Lugano Main Train station. All the tourist attractions and lake were walking distance. We got a free room upgrade and it was huge! Strongly recommended for first timers to Lugano.

Cons:

Well small note, you have to go through their Gabbani Restaurant in order to go up the reception counter. But the restaurant's waiters were so helpful and will point you the way.
