Muito confortável, tranquilo e staff super simpático e acolhedor
Pros:

O hotel é muito tranquilo e o quarto é confortável, a cama e as almofadas também. Tinha uma mensagem personalizada no espelho do quarto e água de oferta - achei muito interessante! O wc também estava muito limpo, as toalhas de banho eram grandes e o turco bem fofinho. A água do chuveiro tem bastante pressão. O staff em especial o Kristian, que nos acolheu na recepção - super simpático, ofereceu rebuçados e maçãs frescas. Fica muito perto da estação de metro "Suanzes".

Great hotel to stay in Madrid
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, as good as any room in a 4 star hotel

Cons:

No fault with the hotel at all. The staff in the cafe that serves breakfast need to be more understanding when dealing with hotel guests with a breakfast token. Their attitude borders on contempt

Pros:

Lo staff sempre attento e disponibile. Sorridenti e gentili. Ci sono stati lasciati anche dei regalini in camera. Un po’ lontano dal centro ma a due passi dalla metropolitana e ideale se si vuole uscire dalla città per un po’ di relax ma con diversi servizi nei dintorni. Bello lo spazio dedicato alla piscina.

La mampara de la ducha,para personas de talla media,está genial pero para los más altos y anchos salpicamos agua fuera
