The hotel's system failure left a very bitter taste in our mouth
Pros:

Only person in this hotel is a very friendly non English speaking security guard. There is no lift, the friendly security guard kindly held us to carry our luggage to our room and even tell us where we can get breakfast from.

Cons:

Double charge, no receptionist, only a check-in kiosk which don't recognise the booking reference number. We had to make another payment in order to get a room so we can stay as it was late of the evening.
