Important information:

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is no elevator in the hotel. All rooms are located on the first or second floor.

Please note that from October to beginning of March the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On those days the reception is only open until 16:00. Arrival after this time is not possible.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am Murten See. Murten ist sehenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!
Ein Parkplatz sollte reserviert werden.

Wunderschöne Tage am Murtensee.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer mit Seeblick, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches und kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Nicht nachgefülltes Duschmittel im Badezimmer, tropfende Wasserhahne.

Cons:

Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ohne Lift und Klimaanlage. Keine Beschattung. Im Zimmer hatte es 31 Grad und einen schlechten Geruch. Winziges Bad und Minidusche

Die Lage am See ist toll. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war superfein und die Bedienung dort sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent.

Cons:

Der Empfang war äusserst unfreundlich: die Mitarbeiterin war kurz angebunden und bestrebt, das Administrative zu erledigen, ohne zu fragen, ob wir gut gereist seien o.ä.
Im Bad funktionierte der Ventilator nicht; sie bemühte sich nicht einmal, nach einer Lösung zu suchen.
Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen und werden nicht dahin zurückkommen.

Wunderschöne aussicht und Lage. Das Personal bei Frühstück freundlich und sehr bemüht, Frühstück jedoch mangelhaft.

Cons:

mittelässiges Frühstück z.T. fehlendes Brot, keine Butter, Zimmer schlecht: die Tür zum Zimmer musste abgeschlossen werden damit sie zu blieb, sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer, defekte Tapeten, Abblätternde Fensterfarben , zum Teil löst sich der Laminadboden, sehr alte angeschlagene Möbel uns. keine Minibar nur noch ein lach im Möbel. Das selbe im Bad - kein Zimmerservice, die Betten wurden nie gemacht, keine Entleerung der Abfalleimer - es machte den Eindruck das nie jemand nachgesehen hat.

Prima Lage

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Dusche mit Vorhang. Keine Garderobe . Frühstück: keine Butter, keine Brötchen, wenig Auswahl. Kein Spiegelei oder Rührei. Gekochte Eier erst auf Nachfrage und dann nicht essbar, nur 3 Minuten gekocht.

Ok für eine Nacht, über alles eher enttäuschend.
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, gutes Bett, gute Lage. Gutes, frisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Lift, es war kalt und die Heizung nicht einmal lauwarm. 1 Steckdose am Boden für Handy aufladen, Wasserkocher (!). Badewanne sehr eng und kurz, habe nur geduscht. Abends ab 20 Uhr geschlossen, niemand da, wenn man etwas essen oder trinken will, muss ma 15-20 Minuten in die Stadt hinauf laufen. Also nur mit Auto zu empfehlen. Um 09:40 beginnt die Bedienung rund um einen herum abzuräumen, Möbel zu rücken und neu einzudecken, es stresst, man soll bitte gehen.
