Important information:

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is no elevator in the hotel. All rooms are located on the first or second floor.

Please note that from October to beginning of March the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On those days the reception is only open until 16:00. Arrival after this time is not possible.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Dieses Mal waren wir nur eine Nacht da, was sonst um das Murtenschiessen zwei Nächte sind.
Pros:

Lage sehr gut
Zimmer gut, war etwas heiss. Ventilator war eingestellt.

Cons:

Dass am Sonntag morgen kein Frühstück gibt um 07.00h, wenn man weiss, dass es Schützen in der Unterkunft hat wo um 07.30h sicher auf dem Platz stehen müssen.
Es wär gut, wenn man Mückengitter an den Fensterrahmen montieren würde, so dass man ungestört und ungehindert die Fenster über Nacht offen lass kann, ohne dass man verstochen ist am Morgen.
Das Badezimmer-Fenster konnte man nicht richtig aufmachen, dass man durchlüften konnte. Es war nicht richtig eingehängt gewesen. Schade!

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft mit Blick auf den See. Das Abendessen auf der offenen Terrasse war bei sonnigem Wetter perfekt und die Bedienung äusserst professionell, freundliche und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer gegen die Stadtseite war geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist die gesamte Innenaustattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im Korridor war ein etwas "muffliger" Geschmack. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator. Nach Auskunft der Réception wird das Hotel bald renoviert

Konumu çok iyiydi, Murten gölü kıyısında ve göl manzaralı odaları mükemmel. Restoranı mükemmel. Fazlaca çeşit var ve yemekler aşırı lezzetli.

Cons:

Göl manzaralı odalar tüm öğleden sonra güneş alıyor ve aşırı sıcak oluyor. Klima yok ve cam açınca içeriye sinek doluyor. Sadece vantilatör ile serineleyebiliyorsunuz.

Pros:

The location is excellent, both the view of the lake and the close proximity to the historic town. The hotel looks nice, and the room was comfortable. The woman who served us while checking in was very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Parking was challenging when we arrived, the adjacent car park was full with weekend traffic.
The restaurant was very busy, while most of the staff were very good including the man who served us, some of the staff were stressed and not very welcoming.
The bathroom in our room was small and would be challenging for people with limited mobility.
