Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is no elevator in the hotel. All rooms are located on the first or second floor.

Please note that from October to beginning of March the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On those days the reception is only open until 16:00. Arrival after this time is not possible.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Zusammengefasst. wir waren sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend! Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See was sehr geräumig. Die Möbel sind etwas ins Alter gekommen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielseitig. .Die Küche war gut. Wenige Minuten zur Altstadt. Empfang sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Dusche könnte sauberer sein. Schwarze Flecken in den Fugen.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage war perfekt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr fein.

Cons:

In Zimmer war es viel zu heiss, schlafen beinahe unmöglich! Eine Minibar wäre gut ( hätte man wenigstens das Getränk kühlen können) auch sonst sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war unter dem Dach - und da während unseres Aufenthalts immer 30 Grad waren, waren die Nächte sehr warm.
Betten sonst bequem aber Decke viel zu warm.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Murtensee
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Murtensee und hat ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem Service. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten das Auto unmittelbar beim Hotel auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken. Beim Frühstück konnte man wählen, ob man draussen oder drinnen sitzen wollte. Das Hotel ist ausserdem nur wenige Schritte von der Anlagestelle der Schiffe entfernt.

Cons:

Das Hotel besitzt leider keinen Lift und das Duschen in der Badewanne ist etwas mühsam.
