Pros:

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The bed linen fresh and crisp. The room is clean.

Cons:

There were plug points not working in my bedroom and could not reach a fridge plug to see if it was working or just not plugged in.The shower curtain, a door would be far more hygienic. The door knobs looked as though they had been badly replaced as there was a large unpainted area around them. Just a little attention to maintenance would make a huge difference. The fluffy yellow cushions look very tired, it would make a huge difference just to have a couple of fresh cushions

Great place, but need serious maintenance
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious

Cons:

The room door couldn't lock and had to put a chair in front of the door. Didn't feel save at all. The shower leaked and water filled the whole bathroom. There was coffee in the room, but no teaspoon to stirr the coffee.
