Odlična in dostopna lokacija. Odličen in raznolik samopostrežni zajtrk direktno ob prijetnem šumenju Une. Prijazno in profesionalno osebje. Parkirišče v sklopu hotela. Prostorne in lahko dostopne dvoposteljne sobe.

The minibar in the room is not regularly replenished daily, so there are no refreshing drinks in the room. Additionally, there is no room service available, and the kitchen closes at 10.
La colazione con molta varietà di dolce e salato uova fritte e sode, formaggi vari, vegetali, focacce oltre ad ottimi dolci. Il caffè è cappuccino da migliorare. La terrazza sul fiume è fantastica

Mají jen třetinková piva v lahvích, ale to je skoro celá Bosna.
Location of the restaurant by river, front desk staff being polite and nice.
Lack of basic things in the room like bottled water, shampoo and shower gel bottle is empty, no hangers in the closet, no room service. No signs to tell housekeeping to clean the room or not. Housekeeping staff got in the room while we are outside and they did a bad cleaning job.
