Room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was everything you needed in the room.
Pros:

Central, right in the Main Street of Parkes.

Pros:

The cleaners and half the staff Rickie lee was phenomenal the other mangers right ruin of a trip

Cons:

Most the management were tough to deal with
Very opinionated and wouldn't let me take my medications, called police on me when I was smoking medicated prescription in my car and kicked my family out. Poor on all parts

Your manager fixed a bad situation into the best experience we have “ever” been thru. had
Pros:

The manager was unbelievably helpful owing to a room mix up. It was after hours, the manager immediately came to help us and deeply apologised, to the point of offering us a much more expensive room at no cost. She was a saint as we were exhausted from travelling and she helped us with amazing compassion. Thank you so much

Thankful to get one of the last rooms in parkes
Pros:

Clean and comfortable accommodation with plenty of shared amenities.

Cons:

I was in room 11 and it was noisy as it was at the top of the stairs. The sensor light from outside also shone through the brick vent holes at the top of the wall. I definitely will bring ear plugs and an eye mask if there's a next time.

Great spot with good room rates.
Pros:

It was in a central position with great access to free parking and the main street. The refreshments were plentiful and the outdoor spaces front and back were delightful. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

Cons:

The common space or tv room seemed overcrowded and littered with washing and clothing. The toilets were in need of a good clean more times than what was been done during our stay.
