Interessantes Konzept. Freundlich, zweckmäßig und sauber. Gerne wieder!
Cons:

Ich war mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und musste fürs Laden den Akku ausbauen. Wegen irgendeiner Vorschrift, die es in anderen Unterkünften entlang der Route Passau - Wien nicht gibt.

It's merely a functional place to stay in if you're doing the Danube cycling path.
Pros:

The place is close to Passau center and right on the Danube cycling path - if that's what you're after.

Cons:

The room is tiny. The bed pretty much fills the entire space. So it's really not an option to pass time in the room, and there's no accommodating loby to be able to spend your time in.

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, freundliches Personal, großzügige Check in/out Zeiten. Gutes WLAN. Tolle Location mit Blick auf die Donau. Für eine Nacht definitv zu Empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind wahrscheinlich die kleinsten, die ich je gesehen habe. Ausreichend, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und einfach nur eine Nacht schlafen will, länger würde ich hier aber nicht bleiben.

Solche Hotels sollte es mehr geben!
Pros:

Ideale Lage wenige 100m vom Bahnhof. Direkt an der Donau. Total ruhig.
Altstadt problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar.
Einfach und zweckmässig. Genau das was man für eine Nacht wirklich braucht.
Ich hasse Hostels mit Mehrbettzimmer. Hier hat man eine private Schlafkoje. WC und Dusche gegenüber Gang. Alles sauber und funktionell. Trotz "Hitzewelle" war die Temperatur angenehm - Donau sei Dank.
Am WE gibt es ein Frühstück für 10€. Nichts aussergewöhnliches, aber für diesen Preis absolut in Ordnung!

Cons:

Einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir hier nicht vorstellen. Dafür ist das Hotel auch nicht gedacht. Aber 1 oder auch 2 Nächte zu einem super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Pros:

Die kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Das Rotel ist minimalistisch, im Stil einer Jugendherberge ( Toilette/WC über den Gang). Die Räume waren sauber. Für eine Übernachtung ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es unsere Meinung nach ungeeignet.
