Pros:

Me alojé aquí precisamente porque me pareció limpio, y efectivamente, está muy limpio. Además, el trato es muy amable.

Cons:

Por la noche, cuando llueve, el agua cae sobre el techo de metal que parece ser del restaurante de abajo, haciendo un ruido constante de gotas que golpean la lámina. Es realmente muy molesto y no me deja descansar bien. Además, la cama hace mucho ruido cada vez que me muevo.

Lo peor de todo fue que yo estaba dentro de la habitación y la persona encargada de la limpieza abrió directamente la puerta con la llave y entró sin avisar ni tocar la puerta.

Great Value... Outstanding Customer Service!
Pros:

My credit card company charged me twice and paid hotel twice. They were so helpful and gave us back the 2nd payment in cash. Some hotels might have put me through many steps to get the 2nd payment back...but Ohana Beach hotel desk quickly confirmed the 2nd payment and refunded in cash! Great customer service and cooperative!

Had to depart hotel before breakfast was being served. The kitchen opened early to make the two of us breakfast so we could eat before leaving so early...wonderful service!

Cons:

There was an annoying mosquito in the room that I could not find and kill!!!
