Excelente experiência
Pros:

Tivemos um upgrade, ficamos em um chalé, muito confortável, limpo bem aconchegante.
As funcionárias muito gentis e prestativas. Tivemos uma situação atípica, precisávamos tomar o café da manhã fora do horário normal por conta da continuidade da nossa viagem e elas providenciaram nosso café bem mais cedo e ainda nos levou com seu próprio veículo no ponto de embarque do ônibus porque estava chovendo no momento que saímos. A localização também é excelente.

Alpes Hotel - O nosso lar em Pucón!
Pros:

¡El hotel es sencillamente fantástico! El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y atento, la limpieza de la habitación era excepcional y el desayuno, además de ser muy íntimo, era abundante y delicioso. La ubicación es excelente. Esperamos volver y lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda. ¡Gracias por recibirnos con tanto cariño y atención! ¡Hasta la próxima!

Excelente ubicación. Solicitamos si era posible contar con una habitación con vista al volcán y nos asignaron una con una vista realmente excepcional.

Además, el primer día llegamos desde el bus alrededor de las 9:00 am y nos permitieron dejar nuestras mochilas mientras íbamos a hacer rafting. Después de la actividad regresamos cerca de las 14:00 hrs y, aunque aún faltaba para el horario de check-in (15:00 hrs), nos dejaron ingresar antes a la habitación.
