Niby wszystko dobrze, ale jednak był minus tego pobytu
Pros:

W pokoju czajnik, herbata, kawa, mała lodówka i mikrofala. Czyli wszystko co potrzeba na 1 noc. Przydałaby się jeszcze suszarka do włosów, a docelowo klimatyzacja. Dla nas położenie hotelu (2,5 km od centrum) nie miało znaczenia, bo lubimy chodzić. Ale dla kogoś innego może to być odległość zbyt duża. Pani w recepcji sympatyczna. Z restauracji nie korzystaliśmy. To mały hotelik, więc były miejsca parkingowe (darmowe).

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się że zostaliśmy obudzeni o godzinie 6.30 hałasem i głośnymi okrzykami pań które sprzątały pokoje. Chodziliśmy dość długo po mieście i chcieliśmy się wyspać przed podróżą. Niestety nic z tego. Okrzyki w stylu "gdzie jest papier" i inne, skutecznie nas obudziły. Rozumiem, że panie przychodzą do pracy, ale można chyba zachowywać się ciszej, żeby goście hotelowi mogli się poczuć komfortowo. To jedyny, ale spory minus naszego pobytu.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, lits confortables, salle de bains propre et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Manque d'explication pour l'entrée dans les lieux en l'absence du personnel : l'établissement aurait dû m'envoyer un message au moment de l'acceptation de ma réservation, afin de m'expliquer que l'arrivée se faisait de manière autonome, et me donner le code de la porte d'entrée et le code de ma chambre. Au lieu de cela, je suis arrivée à l'hôtel avec mes deux enfants devant une porte fermée, j'ai trouvé un numéro de téléphone affiché sur la porte que j'ai appelé, mais la personne au bout du fil ne parlait pas anglais. J'ai finalement été aidée par un autre client, que je remercie infiniment, car je serai sinon restée sur le trottoir avec mes enfants de 2 et 6 ans.
La moquette devrait être mieux nettoyée, en particulier sous les lits : nous y avons trouvé des pop-corns.
Il était impossible de faire fonctionner la télévision, et en l'absence de personnel, nous n'avons pas pu régler le problème.

Hotel dobrze wyposażony ale przydało by się lepiej sprzątać
Pros:

Pokój jest przystosowany do przenocowania 3 osób, łóżka były wygodne, a pokój ogólnie dobrze wyposażony.

Cons:

Pokój był źle posprzątany brud był tylko zgarnięty z widocznej części pokoju a obok kanapy było brudno a w dodatku znaleźliśmy użyte prezerwatywy w łazience.
