Pros:

Staff are lovely, the food out of this world. Cannot fault it in any way. We have stayed four times now and will always use the Parc when in the area.

Cons:

Vergammeltes Obst beim Frühstück, Schwimmbad und Garten waren ungepflegt, obwohl Lactoseintoleranz mitgeteilt war und vom Hotel bestätigt war kein lactosefreier Käse, kein Joghurt, keine lactosefreie Butter vorhanden. In unserem Zimmer war an der Fensterseite Schimmel in den Ecken, die Zimmer hatten die einfachste Ausstattung, deshalb zu teuer.

La chambre était propre. Malheureusement, notre séjour a mal commencé en raison de l'accueil et de l'attitude de l'équipe du restaurant, que nous n'avons pas trouvés particulièrement aimables.

Cons:

Notre randonnée s'est achevée avec du retard, ce qui a entraîné notre arrivée tardive au dîner. Bien que nous comprenions que cela ait pu perturber l'organisation, l'attitude de l'équipe a été particulièrement désagréable. Ils auraient pu simplement refuser notre réservation ou nous informer qu'ils ne pouvaient plus nous accueillir, plutôt que de nous faire sentir malvenus.

Aucune prise électrique de la chambre ne fonctionnait, ce qui nous a obligés à changer de chambre en plein milieu de la nuit, vers minuit.
