Hôtel agréable sur les hauteurs de Saumur
Pros:

Taille de la chambre, également facilement accessible en rez-de-chaussée.
Décoration agréable.
Très bonne qualité de literie.
Calme.
Très jolie vue sur le château de Saumur depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel.
Petit-déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et un choix varié.

Cons:

Travaux de perceuse sur la terrasse au moment du petit-déjeuner empêchant de profiter de la terrasse et plus généralement d'un petit-déjeuner calme (impensable !).

Pros:

- Le calme et la petite terrasse

Cons:

- Le confort, la déco, le mobilier...très ordinaires.
-Gestion familiale pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hôtel même 2*.
- Le petit-déjeuner très mal organisé et de qualité très moyenne
- Personnel plutôt gentil mais il faut constamment aller à sa recherche...
- L'espace Spa/Bien- être catastrophique: sombre, exigu, nauséabond, humide et étouffant...bonjour le bien-être!!! Dommage car la masseuse extérieure à l'établissement est agréable et compétente.
- Prix exhorbitant pour un séjour d'aussi piètre qualité.

Hôtel très agréable et reposant avec un personnel au TOP.
Pros:

La situation de l hôtel à proximité de tout. Le calme et la verdure autour du site. La vue degagée dans la chambre avec le château de Saumur.

Cons:

-Prises électriques pourraient être plus fonctionnelles c est à dire situées à des endroits plus stratégiques pour les téléphones ordinateurs tablettes comme la petite table ou se situe la bouilloire que l on doit déplacer pour la brancher...

L abattant des toilettes est mal positionné, il n est pas au même niveau que le rebord de la cuvette.(chambre 44).

Halte agréable
Pros:

L'emplacement avec vue sur le château de Saumur au petit déjeuner et au restaurant, la gentillesse du personnel. Bon repas.

Cons:

La chambre standard assez étroite donne sur une haie. Le prix intègre de belles prestations dont nous n'avons pas profité : Spa, piscine, jardin (temps frisquet). Une étape aux beaux jours avec chambre supérieure justifierait ce bel établissement.

Beautiful clean relaxing stay
Pros:

Beautiful location, clean and tidy. We are at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I have a dairy intolerance and they were really helpful.
