Flexibility Concern

Flexibility of the check in check out
We arrived at the hotel around 2:45 where as the Receptionist was in touch and was made aware of our whereabouts and the tentative time we will be reaching hotel I said it will be reaching between 2 PM - 4 PM. Our room was allocated to some one else and we were made to wait to give keys of our booked room. The room was handed over around 4:50 PM till then we were asked to adjust cause we had 3 rooms booked. Out of which 2 were made available at 3 PM and the 3rd one after 2 hrs when the check in time for all rooms were 12 PM.

The next day we had gone out and could not return till the check out time for which hotel we notified and asked to vacate the 2 rooms out of 3 if next customer arrivs on time. For which the hotel rep Sushant Shinde said will do. However only 1 room was vacated due to luggage from other room wasn't packed so they said they will not move. And when we arrived finally at hotel around 4:30 PM we were charged for half day for 2 rooms 1600 out of which 200 were deducted as discount and asked to pay 1400. which we did. Citing probability of new bookings may have not been accepted due to unavailability of the rooms customer wants. Or no bookings were available but since we had extended our check out we asked to pay either way. If I was asked you can continue to stay until you wish. And pay according to the hrs extended. Would have been fine.

There is nothing major...but hotel should do regular mainetance..as it require maintenance now.

It was near to Sai baba mandir. Nice behavior of staffs and in house kitchen added benefit. Kitchen was helpful to make baby food. Taste was very nice Neat and clean environment. Parking facility was available... overall i recommend this hotel for the family having baby or toddler along with old aged parents or grandparents.
