I didn't like many things but the main was that the hotel is in the center of the capital city and the staff didn't speak on Macedonian language they refuse to talk on the official language in the country.
Room was damaged and wasn't smell well.

Hotel je generalno korektan. Soba je bila veoma lepa, čista i udobna, a kreveti su odlični za odmor.

Međutim, zvučna izolacija je veoma loša. Čuje se gotovo sve sa ulice i iz okoline, što može biti problem za goste koji žele miran san.

Najveće razočaranje bio je doručak. Rezervisali smo i platili opciju sa doručkom, ali kada smo došli u restoran nije bilo nikoga. Na recepciji smo dobili neprofesionalan odgovor, kao da nisu očekivali goste za doručak. Nakon toga su insistirali da možemo dobiti samo omlet, iako je prilikom rezervacije bio najavljen švedski sto. Tek nakon razgovora doneli su nekoliko dodataka poput salate i suhomesnatih proizvoda, koji nisu delovali sveže.

Zbog nesklada između onoga što je bilo ponuđeno prilikom rezervacije i onoga što smo zaista dobili, iskustvo sa doručkom je značajno pokvarilo ukupan utisak o boravku.

Pogled iz sobe, doručak bi mogao biti malo bogatiji. Na slikama sve ljepše izgleda. Ne znam kako hotel ima 4 zvjezdice. Sve u svemu ok

Чудово, що є парковка.

Cons:

Включили кондиціонер, запах пішов в кімнату ніби щось на кухні згоріло. Швидко виключили і не включали. Шпалери в деяких місцях відклеїлися. Номер трохи занедбаний. У ванній кімнаті зламана підставка для душу. На сніданок була нарізка помідорів на яких видно пліснява. Може то така їх кухня і ми того не розумієм?
