Great mountain views, good service & food, highly recommend!
Pros:

The hotel was very modern, especially the bathroom. Amazing views over the mountains from all windows in our room. Very quiet despite being on a fairly main road. We decided to have the buffet dinner, which was lovely and plenty of choice.

Le repas a 28 euros ne vaut pas le tarif + chambre très mal isolé entendre un bébé pleuré dans la pluie plus 1h…
La chambre 122 à déconseiller on entend la musique du bar ! Qui est allumé des 6h30 donc qui vous réveil. Le matelas trop mou et la tête d’oreiller de même . Pour allez à la piscine il faut réserver et de même pour le spa

Great local food, convenient location to ski lifts, lovely staff, modern sauna
Pros:

Very friendly staff, one of the closest hotels to the ski lifts, ski lockers, lovely modern sauna room, great options at breakfast and lots of local delicacies in the dinner buffet too, including escargot, fresh poached salmon, prawns etc, and always a hot food bar making fresh fish, omelette or chicken. The waitress already knew about my pescetarian or veggie food requirements, and checked on me every day. For someone who doesn't eat meat, there was actually a lot of variety available in fish options. Only downside was they offered a drink every day at dinner and we thought this was complimentary, only to be charged at the end for getting a drink every day. Also some foods could have been labelled more clearly e.g ravioli confit tomato, I didn't realise this was a meat pasta, and would have appreciated some English labelling with meat contents clearly highlighted.

Cons:

Charged for drinks at dinner, thought this was complimentary as we weren't actually shown a menu or given a bill until check out. Accidentally ate the ravioli with meat in it, but there was no mention of the meat content in English, so I would appreciate more clear ingredient labelling and vegetarian labels. Some foods at dinner were missing labels so I didn't know if I could eat them.

Meilleur des séjour en Andorre
Pros:

Hôtel dont les chambres ont été entièrement rénovées. Eau et cafetière à disposition. Petit-déjeuner excellent avec un large choix, personnel en salle très sympathique. Piscine, bain à remous, salle de sport. Bar, salle de détente, grande terrasse avec une très belle vue. Parking municipal gratuit la nuit.

Cons:

Le personnel à l'accueil influence grandement l'expérience de séjour. Étant seul au comptoir, j'ai dû demander où se trouvaient la salle du petit déjeuner et celle du sport. Il serait agréable de prendre le temps d'accueillir les clients plutôt que de répéter machinalement : chambre 308, troisième étage, ascenseur derrière vous, petit déjeuner à telle heure...
