Pros:

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top, was absolut positiv gemeint ist. Spinea ist ein nettes Städtchen und Venedig super gut zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber absolut ausreichend; auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Mit einer Ausnahme war das Peronal freundlich.

Ottima la posizione con parcheggio gratuito
Pros:

La posizione e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. Una nota particolare di merito va alle ragazze della reception sempre molto cordiali e disponibili ad ogni richiesta.

Cons:

Purtroppo in camera non funzionava l'aria condizionata ma per le temperature esterne dei giorni del soggiorno (25°-26°) era accettabile tenendo la finestra aperta anche durante la notte.
