Hotel ima vrlo lijep interijer i blizu je centra. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i doručak je ukusan.

Molto deludente in cui ho avvertito un forte disagio!

Personalmente viaggio tanto e per me è assurdo che durante la colazione, chiedere un secondo caffè significhi pagarlo, come trovo assurdo che se non consumi extra naturalmente, non puoi sederti ai tavolini fuori, inoltre la camera era come un bunker, non ci si poteva muovere (letti singoli) e non aveva nemmeno un appoggio per le valigie che abbiamo dovuto riporre sui comodini, materassi scomodi e direi da cambiare, pulita molto male con polvere dappertutto e il secondo giorno non avevamo nemmeno il sapone, il personale non sapeva parlare inglese ed era molto scostante, una di loro non aveva nemmeno capito che avessi la prenotazione, l’unica che salvo è la ragazza che faceva i turni serali, molto gentile e accogliente, almeno questo!

Location, Selma on reception very helpful, room ok and spacious.

Cons:

The 'Rules' ..no food in rooms - understandable, bottled water for first night only - mean penny pinching. Only 1 cup of coffee at breakfast - what an absolute joke.
Remember customers don't complain they just don't return or recommend.

Pros:

Good location, helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Cons:

Bar fridge didn't work, rug in room was dirty, had to have it removed. Air con wasn't working, room didn't get made up without asking.

Belle hôtel au centre-ville
Pros:

L’hôtel est au milieu de la ville de Tirana, ce qui est un peu embêtant quand on arrive est de trouver une place de parking pour que l’hôtel puisse nous dire où est le parking si on en a réservé un.
La chambre était petite mais fonctionnel.
Le déjeuner était très bon et copieux.
