Pros:

Готель-пансіонат легко знайти по дорозі з Житомира на Хмільник. Є власна доглянута ділянка з парковкою для авто на території. Номер замовляли на 4 осіб (2 дорослих і 2 дітей-підлітків). Номер був доволі просторий, чистий, в санвузлі нова сантехніка.
Пансіонат має спеціалізацію по оздоровленню і схудненню відпочиваючих. Ми зупинялись на одну ніч, тому не скористалися запропонованим дієтичним харчуванням, процедурами та спортзалом.

Cons:

Було чутно шум від проїжджаючих машин, але це не зіпсувало позитивних вражень від проживання.
