Struttura situata in posizione strategica a due passi da U4

Cons:

Tipologia di struttura troppo tecnologica. Se non hai la laurea in ingegneria informatica non riesci nemmeno ad accendere il condizionatore!!!
Pur avendo la camera un balcone questo era serrato e non utilizzabile.
Com'era bello una volta entrare in hotel ed essere accolti dal personale sorridente e non da una voce sterile al citofono...

Pros:

Location: The property is ideally located just a stone’s throw from the Hietzing U-Bahn station, making travel around Vienna extremely convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-oriented, with a charming small-town atmosphere. There are several excellent cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and having a McDonald’s next door is surprisingly convenient for late-night meals.

Accommodation and Management: The entire check-in process and access to the property were very well organized. Instructions were clear, entry was seamless, and security was excellent. The property is well maintained and provides a peaceful environment away from the bustle of the city center.

Host: Communication was excellent. The host responded promptly to queries and was helpful whenever assistance was needed.

Room: While compact, the room was clean, neat, and thoughtfully designed. Lighting, air conditioning, television, and music could all be controlled through a smart tablet, which was a nice modern touch. The room was perfectly adequate for two adults. Amenities included a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and mugs, with sufficient coffee and sugar provided for our three-night stay.

Bathroom: Small but functional, clean, and adequately stocked with essentials.

Value for Money: The property offers excellent value, particularly if booked well in advance. We made our reservation about four months before arrival and found the pricing very reasonable compared with other options in Vienna.

Cons:

There were very few negatives, but a few small additions would make the stay even better:

* The bathroom could benefit from a couple of hooks or pegs to hang clothes.
* A retractable clothesline in the bathroom would be useful for drying hand-washed garments.
* A small desk or work table would be appreciated by guests needing to use a laptop.
* An on-site laundry and drying facility, even if coin- or token-operated, would be extremely helpful for longer stays.

Great Stay for My Business Trip ✅
Pros:

Excellent accommodation, a beautiful room, and very friendly communication. I especially appreciated the convenient parking. There is no kettle in the room, but there are plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. I would happily stay here again:-)

Super Lage, perfekt am Schloss Schönbrunn, einfache Anfahrt per Auto (Parkplatz vorhanden), ideale Anbindung an das Nahverkehrsnetz.
Personal sehr freundlich mit kurzen Antwortzeiten.

Cons:

Wenn man einen klitzekleinen Rat anbringen kann: ich hätte mir Wasser- und Weingläser auf dem Zimmer gewünscht und tägliches auffüllen der Kaffeekapseln. Und ein Handtuch in mittlere Größe statt den kleinen Gästehandtücher.
Bitte mehr als Tipp als Kritik zu verstehen.

Lokale, S-Bahn und U-Bahn keine 5 min entfernt.
Wir hatten einen schönen Gartenblick und es war recht ruhig dadurch.

Nettes Boutiquehotel an guter Lage, für Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend.
Pros:

Nettes kleines self-check in Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss Schönbrunn und der U4 (Hietzing). Das Zimmer hatte Standardgrösse und ein bequemes Bett. Kaffee und Tee stehen in begrenzter Anzahl kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Obwohl das Zimmer zu einer relativ stark befahrenen Strasse hinausgeht, war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Parkplatz des Hotels benutzt, was für uns super war (wenn auch teuer).

Cons:

Das Badezimmer mit einer Schiebetür ist sehr klein. Ebenfalls sind die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad begrenzt. Für nur 2 Nächte war es aber in Ordnung.

super, hat uns mega gefallen, wenn wir wieder in VIE sind, werden wir wiederkommen.
Pros:

Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen, Zimmer, Lager, Service fantastisch. Hatten nur Minuten vor Ankunft schriftlich Parkplatz angefragt - innerhalb von 5 Minuten kam die Antwort und als wir vorfuhren, kam Ben schon raus, um das Tor zu öffne.

Cons:

Es war alles fantastisch - evtl könnte man im Bad Ablagefläche bereitstellen - aber für 2 Nächte völlig in Ordnung
