Pros:

Die Lage war sehr geschickt nahe dem Schönbrunner Park und mit vielen tollen Cafés in der Nähe. Die S-Bahn in die Stadt ist ganz nah. Der Kontakt mit den Inhabern war hervorragend und es wurde uns immer sehr schnell weiter geholfen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pequeño apartamento con todo lo necesario. Buena velocidad wifi, buen colchón, personal muy amable y bastante silencioso

Un poco lejos del centro pero muy bien comunicado, se llega en 20 minutos al centro de Viena

L'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport au transport en commun. La chambre et la terrasse. La facilité de se déplacer dans Vienne. La beauté de la ville. Proche de Schönbrun.

Stylish apartment close to everything
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Close to tram, subway, restaurants and parks. Easy to get into the city and main train station. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The shower was big and worked very well. The building and area were very quiet except for the street in front.

Cons:

It was missing a few amenities like a kettle and a few dishes. It was stuffy without the AC on but quite noisy if the windows were open. The bathroom sink did not drain without manual intervention.

Wird sicher nicht unser Lieblingshotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich super, der Betreuer vor Ort war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Badezimmer (mit WC) war in unserem Zimmer viel zu klein: Sehr kleines, niedriges Waschbecken, Badetuchständer sehr unpraktisch und labil, kaum Ablageflächen! Kein Balkon (entgegen den Angaben in Booking.com!), Anleitungen am Ipad in Englisch, keine USB-Steckdosen (sonst so digital), Tresor sehr hoch oben, kaum einsichtig und erreichbar, TV-Gerät sehr ungünstig platziert. Zu- und Ausfahrt zum Parkplatz nicht optimal.

Wonderful time in Vienna with Sissi West
Pros:

2 minutes away from Hietzing underground station, 5-7 minutes away from park Schönbrunn, with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, bus and tram lines nearby; this place is a little corner of peace and tranquility. From swift and efficient communication, detailed instructions on check-in and accessing the location; to the bright, spacious, unique and welcoming interior of the room: fully modernised with an automated light system, key-card access, air conditioning, soundproofing and comfortable bathroom facilities — everything about this place felt thought through, reliable, well-organised and cared for; and it made me feel very safe and secure during both of my stays. Coming back there for the second time felt like coming back home, and they also allowed me to check-in early at 11am without any issues.

The space is clean; there is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a kettle and a coffee maker, along with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits provided in the room. Getting to Vienna city center is quick - with a connection via Karlsplatz underground station one can easily reach pretty much anywhere they might need. But the neighbourhood of the hotel itself is scenic and certainly worth taking a walk around.

I have a very high appreciation for the cleaning team, they played a big part in making me feel comfortable and welcome during my stays, and I would like to say a big thank you to them again :)
