Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix et un très bon emplacement pour visiter Venise. Les lits étaient très confortables et la chambre était propre.
Le petit déjeuner était correct.

Cons:

L'hôtel était bruyant mais c'est un peu partout pareil à Venise.

A great place in a wonderful city
Pros:

Beautiful old building on the grand canal.
The terrace is by the canal and is a lovely spot at any time of day but particularly at the end of the day with a drink.
Comfortable bed. Not a very large room but ok.
Staff were all very helpful and welcoming.
The location is great - it’s quiet but a short walk from restaurants and the vaporetto water bus stop is just 5 minutes walk. Less than 20 minutes walk from San Marco.

There is no lift

We will be coming back! Loved it!
Pros:

I loved the quaintness of this place. It’s location and the old deck for us to sit on and observe the Grand Canal. Staff and service was exceptional and done with a smile! Love this place!

Venedig ist toll aber dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu diesem Preis
Pros:

Fantastische Lage.Unvergesslicher Blick!!!

Cons:

Etwas veraltete.Bad vor allem.Zimmer ist toll aber lädt nicht zum wohlfühlen nach einem Tag in Venedig ein.

Toller Aufenthalt in wunderschönen Ambiente
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgewogen und das Personal brachte super schnell Kaffee. Die Aussicht vom Balkon mit Sicht auf den Kanal war natürlich klasse!

Cons:

An sich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Bei Einzelzimmern sollte man nur ggf. vorher fragen, wie breit das Bett tatsächlich ist. Da z.B. mein Bett als eine eigene Anfertigung für den Raum erschien und keine Standardbreite hatte.

Pros:

Главный плюс - расположение отеля, близко от Риальто, непосредственно на гранд канале.
Рядом причал San Stae, с которого легко добраться в аэропорт общественным транспортом.
Отель в старинном здании, выглядит очень красиво, но из-за этого есть нюансы, которых не избежать – нет лифта (лестницы при этом крутые) и не новый ремонт. Однако общего впечатления это не портит.
Завтраки проходят в красивом помещении с балконом, откуда открывается вид на гранд канал.
Завтраки хорошие – классические европейские.
Очень любезные персонал.
Для данной локации соотношение цена/качество очень разумное.

Posizione favolosa camera grande e pulita.

Cons:

Serve più attenzione al bar, spesso non presidiato. Ha un bellissimo affaccio sul canale grande perfetta cornice per splendidi aperitivi.... ma arrivi e spesso non c'è nessuno. Peccato!

Pros:

グランドカナル目の前のホテルで、バーで買った飲み物をカナルビューのテラスでのむことが可能でした。(フロントスタッフが兼務ですが、バーがあり飲み物が買えます)

アクセスについて、他の口コミ通り陸路だと細い道をいく必要がありますが、水上タクシーを利用するとホテルのテラスに直付けできます！
空港からは乗り合いもあるので、ぜひ水上タクシーの利用を検討されるといいと思います。移動が思い出になると思います

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location, great AC, Great breakfast.

Cons:

I guess the room description for the family room suggested it was bigger and looked out over the grand canal, so we were disappointed.
