Наша подорож була через п'ять країн: Україна, Польща, Чехія, Хорватія і Італія. Це найгірший досвід за мої десятки бронювань по всій Європі. В "готелі" безконтактне поселення (в Чехії безконтактне поселення було після 16:00) тут воно з незрозумілих причин, мабуть просто аби не платити за роботу рецепціоніста. Нам прийшло повідомлення щоб заповнити анкети, якщо ми цього не зробимо, то нам не скажуть код від дверей - це вже максимально непривітно. Я з ранку 20хв заповнював анкети за двох гостей (хоча не зрозуміло, навіщо я маю заповнювати за другого гостя) але коли прописав всі дані, то після цього ще потрібно було зробити фото паспортів, аж три фото. По завершенні переводить на сайт для оплати міського збору, не зрозуміло чому не можна зразу включити у вартість номеру. Після невдалої спроби оплатити, я написав в букінгу. Що не вдається провести оплату і щоб сконтактувалися зі мною у Ватцапі, я скину фото паспортів і тут почався треш. Година переписки, безліч скрінів, спроби оплатити з трьох карт, трьох різних банків, через Гугл Пей, навіть повністю вводив дані карти на сайті (що не рекомендовано робити на зовнішніх ресурсах) всерівно нічого не получалося, мені вже писали, що у мене не має коштів (хоча весь цей час мова йшла про 2 євро) я навіть скидав черіни з своїх банківських рахунків де показував свої кошти. Дійшло до того, щоясказав, "або я залишаю ті два євро готівкою в номері,або скасовуйте резерв і повертайте гроші, бо це вже не можливо" і тоді прийшла відповідь, що завтра забере прибиральниця. Ми вже були в дорозі, нам їхати 600км і знову приходить повідомлення "спробувати знову😡" і в дорозі те саме, не можливо оплатити.
Але саме цікаве почалося коли ми приїхали в готель. Зайшли в хол, відкрили двері кодом, піднялися на третій поверх, відкриваємо двері а в кімнаті люди, безліч речей по всій кімнаті, добре що ми не побачили самих людей. Спустилися на низ і написали у ватцапі яка ситуація.

This was our first time in Venice and it was absolutely unforgettable!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, staff responded quickly. The woman who cleaned our room was very kind and friendly. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. The location is amazing! It was great that we could leave our bags in a luggage area after checkout. There is a small grocery store just outside the hotel and this was incredibly convenient.

Cons:

We could hear other guests laughing very loudly in the room next door. But we contacted the hotel staff and they let us know that they would remind these guests of quietness policies after 11pm. The next day the problem was resolved.
