Herrliche Unterkunft als Start und Zielpunkt für Ausflüge ins Hohe Venn.
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Sehr hundefreundlich. Wertiges Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Für unseren Geschmack etwas Zuviel Duftstäbchen in den Fluren.

Pros:

Das Personal war immer präsent und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war mit hochwertigen und auch vielen regionalen Produkten sehr lecker. Insbesondere die Konfitüren haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Wir waren umweltfreundlich mit dem E-Auto da. Es ist schön, dass es Ladesäulen gibt. Allerdings haben uns die 3,- Euro Gebühren für den Ladevorgang geärgert. Schließlich sollte das von den Betreibern eines Natur-Hotels direkt an einem Naturreservat doch gewünscht sein. Das haben wir in dieser Verbindung nicht verstanden.

ontbijtbuffet, uitzicht vanuit de kamer op de natuur (kamer achteraan), behulpzaam personeel, ligging ideaal voor wandeling de Venntriologie

Cons:

te zachte kussens (voorstel 1 zacht en 1 hard kussen voorzien), ontbijt pas om 8.00 uur (voor wandelaars de Venntriologie zou 7.30 uur beter zijn)

Sehr schöne, komfortable Zimmer in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich großartig- direkt vor der Tür ins Hohe Venn wandern. Dazu tolle inklusiv Leistungen und wirklich sehr schöne, komfortable Zimmer. Auch die Brasserie im Haus ist ein echter Mehrwert- große Auswahl und leckeres Essen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Gespräche auf dem Flur und auch Gespräche in angrenzenden Zimmern sind zu gut hörbar, das habe ich als störend empfunden, insbesondere spätabends und nachts.

Fijne locatie met brasserie aan het hotel.
Pros:

De locatie en de propere kamer. Eetgelegenheid aan het hotel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt mag uitgebreider, zeker met veel actieve gasten die boeken. En het zou handig zijn voor het enige personeelslid en de gasten dat er iemand extra instaat voor het ontbijt. Want warme dranken, lunchpakketten, aanvullen en uitchecken verzorgen tegelijk, is moeilijk voor één persoon alleen.

Le Mont Rigi is een topadres. Alles straalt kwaliteit, zorg en netheid uit. Het volledige team is erg gastvrij en professioneel, met bijzondere aandacht voor de gasten. We voelden ons bijzonder verwend, ook nog door de attentie die we kregen voor ons huwelijksjubileum.

Cons:

Niets, we waren weerom zeer tevreden en komen zeker terug.
