Pros:

Een familie hotel, zeer aangenaam door persoonlijke betrokkenheid, geeft een gastvrije sfeer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Kamers en badkamer alles prima schoon, net zoals de rest van het hotel.

Cons:

Kamer warm, ondanks dat het buiten niet warm was, wel airco aanwezig. Hele hotel is warm. Ombouw van het bed is aan vervanging toe, wel alles heel schoon.

Superbly positioned for King Badouin events and Brussels sight seeing.
Pros:

We were in Brussels for an event at the King Badouin Stadium. An easy straight 1 mile walk from the hotel. On the bus/metro route to we used that for Brussels sightseeing.

Staff were lovely and attentive.

Rooms were smart and clean and decorated in unique styles. Lots of attention to detail. Coffee maker, air con and mini bar.

Cons:

The only negative was we were in an attic room three flights up and no lift. But we managed

Fijn verblijf.
Pros:

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, en wij waren de gelukkigen van een free upgrade; Ipv de normale kamer die we hadden geboekt, kregen we de suite op de begane grond. Heerlijk grote kamer , groot goed bed, aparte zithoek, badkamer met bad en een werkende airco. Het ontbijt was prima. Het is geen continentaal super mega ontbijt zoals je in grotere ketenhotels ziet, maar het was meer dan compleet. In alles was voorzien. Als je een eitje wilde werd deze naar wens klaargemaakt, zacht, hard ertussenin, scrambled, alles. Een kadootje is de machine die verse sinaasappels perst. Zelfs aan de speciale wens die ik had ingediend was gehoor gegeven.

Cons:

Voor de tijd dat wij er waren en de reden, viel het eigenlijk niet tegen.

Très chouette hôtel familial !
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Les chambres sont confortables, bien entretenues et le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de très bonne qualité.

Le parking disponible est également un véritable atout dans ce quartier où il n'est pas toujours facile de se garer.

Mais le véritable point fort de cet établissement reste sans aucun doute la bienveillance du personnel. Bien que nous ayons dû libérer notre chambre à 11h30, nous avons pu continuer à profiter des infrastructures de l'hôtel tout au long de la journée, sans aucune difficulté. Une attention très appréciable qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
