A lovely unexpected twist!
Pros:

Strategic location to eating and shopping within the vicinity. It was a last minute booking as our homestay booked us out on arrival-was swiftly & smoothly handled by friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Took a family room (5adults)-was clean and relatively spacious. There may be noise due to near the main road and morning market, wasn't noticeable.

Cons:

Hotel Parking bays limited-2 lots only.
