Pros:

Alles Perfekt. Meine Frau hat sich am Knie verletzt und wir mussten dadurch einen Tag früher abreisen. Das Hotel hat uns eine Übernachtung mit einem Gutschein übergeben.Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Ort für kurze sowie auch längere Urlaube.
Pros:

Das Gebäude liegt am Hang mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht. Der Dorfkern liegt nahe und ist mit kurzem Fussweg erreichbar.
Die Garage ist geräumig und einer Tiefgarage gleich. Es gibt zudem E - Ladestationen. Fahrräder sind auch möglich zum laden.
Wir durften unser Auto noch länger stehen lassen und die Umgebung ansehen.
Es gibt ein Indoor Pool welcher benutzt werden kann.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. Es gibt zudem ein kleinen Balkon.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es ist sehr ausgiebig und es gibt alles was man wünschen kann.
Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich. Sie haben unserem Spontanurlaub ein Zimmerupgrade gegeben.

Cons:

Sehr touristische Region. Die Preise dementsprechend hoch.
Bei der Unterkunft war alles zufriedenstellend.

Insgesamt alles sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist super und sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal immer top höflich. Der Innenpool bietet alles, was man braucht ( Gegenstromanlage, Wasserfall, Massagedüsen, Sprudelbecken,... Das ganze Hotel ist sehenswert eingerichtet, es gibt für das Auge immer etwas Neues zu entdecken. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit tollem Blick über das Tal und die Weinberge. Da die Buslinien gleich neben dem Haus halten, kommt man vor Ort überall ( City Kaltern, Bozen, Meran, Tramin, Kalterer See,... ) entspannt ohne Auto hin. Fußläufig sind viele sehr gute Restaurants erreichbar. Auf Nachfrage kann man als Abendessen auch einen super gefüllten Picknickkorb für den Balkon bestellen ( gegen angemessenen Preis ). Im Hotel gibt es 2 große Getränkekühlschränke, aus denen man auch abends/nachts leckeren Wein oder andere Getränke gegen angemessenen Preis entnehmen kann.

Es war alles sehr gut. Sehr gute Busanbindung überall hin. Haltestelle ganz in der Nähe des Hotels. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Dass man nicht mit der Familie mit (Klein)Kindern buchen kann. Gehört aber offensichtlich zur grundsätzlichen Philosophie des Hauses.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit best Frühstück ever.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit äußerst reichhaltiger Auswahl. Das Zimmer war schön, groß und sauber. Das Hallenbad sehr angenehm mit Sprudel- und Massagedüsen und nicht überlaufen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Außer dass die Klimaanlage bei 35 °C Außentemperatur nur bis 25 °C herunterkühlte gibt es nichts zu bekritteln. Die Lage ist halt nicht im Zentrum, sondern ca. 1,5 km den Berg hoch. Aber das weiß man vorher.
