O colchao da suite 15 precisa ser substituido. Lado direito da cama de casal tem um buraco. Sugiro que tebtem deitar pra ver.

Beautiful hotels and excellent staff, but serious room issues and poor management handling made the stay disappointing
Pros:

Jubarte Hotel - Tawa Beach Club and Hotel Insólito are beautiful and very elegant properties with an excellent location. The reception, restaurant, and guest service teams were genuinely great throughout our stay. Special thanks to Bruno and José, who were especially kind, professional, and helpful, along with the rest of the staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was deeply frustrating due to serious structural issues and poor management handling. The air conditioning in our first room did not work at all, and after being moved and unpacking again, the second room had the exact same issue, along with visible wall dampness.

As there were no more rooms available at Jubarte, management suggested we move temporarily to Hotel Insólito just to get ready while maintenance attempted repairs, which would have meant a third room change without any definitive solution. We were also travelling with dogs, including one with breathing difficulties in hot environments, so staying in a room without proper air conditioning was not acceptable.

The situation was made worse by the behaviour of Manager Luciana, who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during the discussion. She became hostile when questioned, walked away mid-conversation, and aggressively slammed the door. The issue itself was already frustrating, but the handling of it made the experience much worse.

Estou hospedada na pousada desde quinta feira e desde sexta feira e hoje desde 16h fomos perturbados com o som muito elevado do tawa Beach - Beach club que fica em frente. Impossível conseguir descansar com o som elevado minha família foi mto prejudicada estou com uma criança pequena de colo que não conseguiu dormir por causa do barulho , mesmo que a pousada esteja do outro lado da rua . Preco elevado de estadia para não ter o mínimo de conforto ainda com um bebê pequeno. Mta falta de respeito fazer uma boate desde 15h com som elevado perturbando quem deseja relaxar. As janelas vibram de tanto barulho. Não havia nenhum esclarecimento sobre o funcionamento dessa boate até 22h. Isso deveria ser informado

Muy lindo donde esta el hotel y la posibilidad de usar instalaciones el hotel Insolito al frente. El personal del hotel Insolito muy amable. Y nos dieron muchas referencias
