Terrible es poco
Pros:

Muy poco. Tal vez el personal que trabaja en recepción era atenta y casi siempre dispuesta a colaborar.

Cons:

Empezando por las toallas que tenían un aspecto de sucias, cuando pedí cambio me dijeron que eran antiguas y tenían ese color gris o café en vez de blanco. Lo peor de todo fue que la puerta de vidrio del baño explotó mientras mi esposa se duchaba; fue terrible! Después de un ruido inexplicable mientras mi esposa se duchaba solo sintió que tenía vidrios sobre ella y en su cercanía, tuvo algunos cortes pero dando gracias a Dios ninguno fue profundo…solo de pensar que eso pudo haber pasado a uno de mis hijos me pongo peor! Vale recalcar que el vidrio que explotó o fue que mi esposa se tropezó, golpeó o algo por el estilo, había fricción para cerrar la puerta pero mi esposa pensó que así era la puerta de la ducha. Fue una desgracia con suerte ya que no pasó a mayores; lo que también estuvo mal es que el Administrador del hotel dijo que yo tenía que pagar por el vidrio!! La verdad no me iba a poner a pelear con mi esposa herida y mis hijos alrededor, les pagué lo que ellos me dijeron ($35) adicionales a la reserva realizada. Terrible todo, muy mala experiencia.

Cerca a una estación del tranvía al cual incluso se puede comprar la tarjeta del mismo servicio de transporte. Y fueron amables luego de check out.
