Convenient location for a trip to Chester Zoo. Lovely, comfortable room with nice touches such as tea/coffee, toiletries, hairdryer, fan. Great food for breakfast and evening meal.
Lovely setting. Friendly welcoming staff. Room well equipped. Breakfast was available from an early hour and served until late
Mattress a bit firm
Fabulous location backing on to canal tow path. Very convenient for visiting Chester.
Nothing we didn't like.
Resim gayet temiz, odalar çok güzel bakımlı.
Konumu biraz merkeze uzak , otobüsler sık geçmiyor , taksi seçenek oluyor .
Location by canal was okay for a short walk.
A little tired, greeted by a member of staff, obviously trained by Basil Fawlty!! Others were really nice, but this guy was hopeless
Nice comfortable room clean .
Nothing
That it was located next to the canal; a very enjoyable walk into Chester
Single bed was a small single. Given that it was very warm weather, the windows and curtains were left open; the very small room was stifling. The fan had been placed on a very high shelf; I had to find someone to take it down for me. It was very overpriced and not worth the cost. Had to wait an unacceptable length of time to be served with our meals (it was a family reunion). At one stage we thought that our order had not reached the kitchen; no apologies for the delay. Would not stay again
My cousins had arranged for my aunts funeral wake at 2.30pm on Monday 13 July . It felt like you had forgotten about it. Insufficient sandwiches. no pudding (which my cousins had ordered). water jugs were not refilled. This was a disappointing end to my aunts life after 105 years. The staff were friendly and very helpful. But the catering for the wake was a sad disappointment.
Location, staff, great welcome and farewell, lovely food, quick service, gorgeous room, we stayed in the hedgehog
The bed, it was exceptionally firm. But that could just be us, some people like a firm mattress
Loved the porridge 👌
Ran out of porridge one morning.
Spacious room with a nice big bathroom.
Comfy bed. Good location for visiting Chester. Plenty of parking and nice outdoor space. Good breakfasts.
As with so many places now they limited the amount you could open your room window. As it was extremely hot while we were there that was an issue. There was a fan provided but it was only small.
