Pros:

great staff and pub very good

Cons:

pillows too soft breakfast was iver cooked bacon burnt and muffins hard.

Pros:

Location. Friendly staff and a fab breakfast.

Cons:

The toilets for the pub are upstairs and were immediately next to my room. Things were fine when the pub was closed but when open it could be noisy with banging doors and the sound of hand driers. Would stay again but not in that room.

Acceptable
Pros:

Pancakes were cold, and hash browns were overcooked

Cons:

Room was too hot, window needs to open fully, there was a fan in the room but it was very noisy
Meaco a very good almost silent fan
This would have solved the issue

Pros:

We love the location, the food in the evening is really good but large portions and expensive.

Cons:

The room was a little tired looking for the money and could do with some TLC.
The breakfast was overpriced and poorly presented
Staff at breakfast time were scarce

One nights stay,
Room in hotel annex, very clean and modern.
Eat in restaurant before getting a taxi pick up from hotel(£8.40).
Breakfast very good value.
Will use this hotel again.

Would definately go back.
Pros:

Convenient location for us. The staff on the Saturday evening were exceptional. The head chef was fantastic and the food superb. Good value set meal offer. Breakfast was perfect too.

Cons:

There was nothing really to dislike. The staff on Sunday however were not as engaging, we said good morning 3 times and still didn't get a response. Not as attentive like the evening.

Pros:

Food / dinner was excellent, staff were great.

Cons:

The temperature in my room was nothing short of a furnace - the bedside fan served no purpose at all. I know it was exceptionally hot but i think the hotel need to think about investing in portable air-con units. I literally could have passed out in there, it was so hot i vacated my room at 04.30am for respite

Cons:

Rooms was tiny and window wouldn't stay open on one of the hottest days of the year. The whole place was grubby, tables outside hardly ever cleared and definitely never wiped down.
