Schlichtes Zimmer mit renoviertem Badezimmer. Kein Fahrstuh. Schönes Altstadthaus.

A localização do hotel foi o que salvou a minha escolha

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno - quase não dá para abrir as malas, sem ar-condicionado, sem frigobar, sem armários e muito simples. O pior: o hotel estava com baixa ocupação, pelo que percebí. Apesar disso, tentei um late checkout de 1 hora, mas fui informado de que teria de pagar o equivalente a meia diária, ou seja, mais €35 por uma hora, ainda que já tivesse pago pelo quarto um valor bem superior ao seu padrão. Lamentável

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus mit hohen Türen und Azulejos an den Wänden. Geschmackvoll und sehr schön restauriert. Alles recht einfach, einfache Bäder, kein Aufzug aber gepflegt, stilvoll und sauber.

La chambre est située le long d'une avenue fort fréquentée de jour comme de nuit où le stationnement libre est aléatoire. Notre chambre était au premier étage sur un immense balcon face à cette grande avenue. Aucune des 2 portes fenêtres et fenêtre de notre chambre n'étaient isolées. Aucune climatisation ou ventilateur. Il nous a été Impossible de dormir : si on ouvre les fenêtres, le bruit des passants sortant de bars et discothèques et des voitures est intenable et si on ferme les fenêtres, la température de 30 degrés dans la chambre est invivable !
Côté équipement : lit Ikea en 140, 2 tables de chevet minimalistes et usées, aucun placard juste une commode ancienne et usée avec 3 petits tiroirs et un porte chemise sur pied avec 2 cintres, aucune lampe de chevet, aucune TV et un balcon partagé avec la chambre d'à côté sans aucune séparation de sécurité sachant que les portes fenêtres ne ferment pas bien (risque d'intrusion). La salle d'eau est ancienne avec une douche "sabot" peu pratique. Le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné.
En bref, pour Coimbra, le tarif pratiqué (92 €) n'est pas en adéquation avec la prestation offerte.
