Cons:

Petite chose.
Le Room service à été très long 1h30 attente. Probablement oublié parce que j'ai du appeler la réception au bout d'une heure.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit Badewanne, die wegen einer Behinderung nicht nutzbar war. Das Personal am Empfang hat uns aber sofort helfen können und wir konnten ein Zimmer mit Dusche bekommen. Zimmer war sehr schön mit Aussicht auf den Strand, die Matratzen allerdings etwas weich.

Cons:

Das Dinner in der Brasserie war sehr gewöhnlich, hat uns nicht gut geschmeckt. Es gab keine Bademäntel, so dass ein Besuch am Strand mit etwas Aufwand nur möglich war. Frühstück war in Ordnung, typisch Irisch, das Brot war zu trocken.

Perfektes Frühstück und netter Service, sehr gute Lage und schönes Ambiente. Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet. Auf dem Flur gab es einen Wasserspender.

Pros:

Qualité des infrastructures et de l’espace piscine.

Cons:

Il faut former le jeune personnel au service des clients. Au petit déjeuner, le service n’était pas à la hauteur de l’endroit

I think the hotel would be great for guests who know the area and do not need assistance. Not so great for first timers
Pros:

The location on the water was beautiful! Public areas were kept neat and had ample space.

Cons:

Property does not allow smoking inside, which is great, but instead, the smokers were allowed right outside the entry way. Our room was above that area and smoke traveled into our room. Terrible for us.

The staff were friendly enough but certainly did not want to do anything extra. Many were directed to different location or were told they don’t handle that.

Breakfast was included and was lovely, but we had the sense that they were rushing you through the process. Making room for the next table or for the end of the service. Not relaxing.

Pros:

Lovely rooms and friendly staff. The gardens were outstanding.

Great place to stay while visiting Galway and Connamera.
Pros:

Our meal at Pier 46 was excellent. Our room was spacious and had a bay view. Everything was clean and staff were all very kind. Parking was convenient.

Pros:

The room was clean, beds were super comfy. One thing we loved is the there are 2-3 restaurants inside the hotel, so after a long day out and about we can come back and dine at the hotel. Gorgeous view of the bay, with folks walking on the promenade. Ladies Beach across the street. Bus route (401) is in front of the building made it easy to navigate the city easier. Room was quiet and restful. We felt bad when we had to leave. Managed to get a swim in their beautiful pool before we left. Staff was friendly and welcoming and got us right into our room on arrival.

Cons:

Wish the pool didn't close at 7:30pm

Cons:

Grosser Frühstückstraum und sehr lärmig. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine für so viele Gäste finde ich zu wenig. Die Bedienung war ok aber nicht sehr freundlich. Tischwunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt.
