Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage

Clean, quiet and near the rail station. Restaurant was good. Staff very helpful.

Bit complex to make initial entry if first arrival is after 20:00.

Pros:

Goede locatie, prachtig uitzicht over de Rhijn en nabij het centrum . Vriendelijk personeel, hartelijk verwelkomd door Carina en Nadine . Fijn hotel !

Cons:

Irreführend war, dass auf booking angezeigt wurde mit Frühstück, aber Frühstück nicht inklusive war. D.h dass Frühstück mussten wir extra zahlen.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Rhein und hat ein eigenes Restaurant

Cons:

wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht. Der Fehrnseher funktioniert nicht, sowie sehr schlechtes Internet. Die zweite Nacht mußten wir in einem anderen Hotel übernachten, weil die Schlüsselkarte nicht mehr funtionierte. Es gibt eine Rufnummer, die aber nicht vergeben war, es war auch niemand ansprechbar.... Also standen wir vor dem Hotel :-( sehr schlechter Service ... ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen wollen.
