Pros:

立地が良い

Cons:

エレベーターが壊れているのに事前に連絡が無かった。
事前にベビーベッドをリクエストして承認されていたが用意が無かった。当日朝に荷物を預ける際にも確認をしたが用意されていなかった。
改めて伝えると忘れていたのか20分程度で用意はしてくれた。

Pros:

The female staff was friendly.

Cons:

Curtain and window with spiderwebs. The elevator is not working so more challenging for the room at the third floor. No water kettle in the room so requested one, which was full of chalks so the boiled water tasted sandy. Not making the room in between during the 2-day stay.

Kurztrip nach Köln. Anreise mit der Bahn.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, moderne ansprechende Ausstattung. Wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Comfortable hotel in a really good location for train station, old town and riverside.
Pros:

Good selection of options.All well presented, nicely served and tasty. Dinner on the last night was freshly prepared and delicious.
Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Room cleanliness OK, but some dusting required.
