Pros:

Excellent hotel with a perfect location in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I highly recommend Envy Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Wish we had stayed longer!
Pros:

The room had an exceptional design and was beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the walk-in shower was huge. Everything was spotless and very well maintained.

The room was also equipped with excellent amenities, including high-quality towels, complimentary shower products, slippers, a Smart LG TV, and a very efficient air conditioner that kept the room perfectly cool.

Overall, it was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Durrës.

Disappointing.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location.

Cons:

One of our two rooms was not available on the day of arrival. We were therefore told we could stay in a nearby hotel for one night for free due to the inconvenience. However, the following morning we were told it was a misunderstanding and that we would have to pay for that night. Despite a number of requests to speak with/ meet the manager or owner, this never materialised. The staff were very nice (especially Alena) and apologetic but it would have been a nice gesture if the management had taken the time to do the same. I therefore feel the management/owner are unprofessional and disinterested in their guests welfare. Not only did they not honour their original offer, they did not apologise or offer any compensation whatsoever!

Da es nicht allzu viele Gäste gab, war das Frühstück etwas eintönig. Aber man konnte sich ein Omlett oder Rührei bestellen...

Manageren er tydeligtvis en grisk arrrogant nærig type - der ikke forstår hvad 4 stjerner skal indebære - hellere tag EPIDAMN lige på den anden side - som er et fantastisk hotel -
Hotel ENVY er en skandale! Ærligt det giver ingen mening at det hotel har 4 stjerner - og deres Tag terrasse er jo også bare helt til grin- hele stedet er til grin- maden, personalet , ejeren er forfærdelig og servicen er forfærdelig det er som om personalet sover . Selv deres rengørings personale bekræftede at ejeren er helt væk.

Boykot det forfærdelige sted.

Stationnement. Une chance qu'une place dans la rue se libérait ....
Petit-déjeuner : possibilité de n'avoir qu'un café.
Paiement : ne pas indiquer que les clients peuvent régler avec la carte bancaire. Non. Ne l'autorise pas, uniquement du cash. Et vous voilà bloquer sur place car refus des cartes bancaires.

Purtroppo l'hotel non dispone di un proprio parcheggio e in centro a Durazzo risulta difficile trovarne uno. Un ringraziamento alla ragazza della reception che si è offerta di spostare la propria auto per lasciare a noi il pargheggio

Different from our usual trips, but well worth it.
Pros:

This was a ideal location for our trip. The hotel was small but had all we needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A nice buffet breakfast, with hot food. We were going on a early trip one day, so they packed us up a breakfast to take with us.

Cons:

The bedrooms were large, but a bit dated. The air con did not work very well, so it got a bit hot at night and there was a fridge in the room but that was not working very well either. Little things that need attention.
