The place is beautiful and offers a lovely view—though the balcony is arguably unnecessary since there is a window anyway. The hotel has private parking, the staff is very nice and friendly, and the spa is excellent. It is located close to a supermarket and restaurants.

Cons:

The pillows are very uncomfortable, and there is no coffee or tea in the room; once you use a bathrobe at the spa, it isn't replaced—you keep the same one for the entire stay.

تجربة سيئة جدًا وغير مقبولة. شعرنا بوضوح بالتمييز والعنصرية، وتم التعامل معنا بشكل مختلف بسبب هويتنا. الموظفون كانوا وقحين وغير محترمين وجعلونا نشعر بأننا غير مرحب بنا تمامًا.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We felt clearly discriminated against and treated differently because of who we are. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and made us feel completely unwelcome.

The hotel was also very dirty, with an unpleasant smell and poor hygiene. Absolutely not worth the money. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Aangenaam hotel, uitstekend ontbijt

Mooie, nette kamer, goed slaapcomfort. Aangename wellness (zwembad, sauna, dampbad,…).

Super Wellnesshotel in einer Top Lage! Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Hotel, Frühstück, Wellness (Sauna, Pool) war wunderbar!! Sehr sauber und die Lage einfach Top! Kann es jedem nur Empfehlen dort mal zu übernachten! Sehr nettes und tolles Personal. Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Zimmer top, Wellnessbereich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wie erhofft

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick gebucht und diesen auch bekommen. Der Ausblick war wirklich wunderschön, das Zimmer sauber und schön. Besonders positiv war auch, dass wir bereits früher aufs Zimmer konnten.

Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Panoramablick haben uns wirklich gut gefallen. Gerade deshalb schade, dass insbesondere der Wellnessbereich nicht mithalten konnte. Hier würden eine Modernisierung und etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail unserer Meinung nach einen großen Unterschied machen.

Cons:

Auf den Wellnessbereich hatten wir uns sehr gefreut und aufgrund der Bilder, Beschreibung und Bewertungen auf Booking deutlich mehr erwartet.
Der Wellnessbereich ist leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Viel grelles Gelb/weiss, eine eher altmodische Gestaltung und wenig Liebe zum Detail – eine gemütliche Wellnessatmosphäre kam für uns nicht auf. Dazu waren einige Dinge bereits beschädigt, unter anderem Böden im Duschbereich und abgebrochene Handtuchhaken.

Im Dampfbad roch es unangenehm schimmelig, die Sauna war stockdunkel und auch im Ruheraum fehlte uns eine entspannende Atmosphäre, beispielsweise durch leise Musik und eine gemütlichere Gestaltung. Der Whirlpool war leider ebenfalls enttäuschend, da das Wasser kalt war. Da wir das Hotel auch gewählt hatten, um ein wenig Wellness zu machen, war das für uns wirklich schade und wir haben den Bereich kaum genutzt.

Auch das Frühstück war für diese Preiskategorie für uns lediglich okay. Uns wurde ein Tisch in einem recht lauten Bereich zugewiesen, obwohl wir gerne etwas ruhiger gesessen hätten. Die Pancakes waren kalt, Käse wurde über 20 Minuten nicht aufgefüllt und die Säfte kamen aus einem Automaten.

Schönes Zimmer mit großem Kinderbett und toller Aussicht, tolles Frühstück, Hotelzeitung auf Frühstückstisch war eine tolle PÜberraschung

Cons:

Kühlschrank und Flasche Wasser wäre schön gewesen sowie ein Duschgel in Duschen im Welnessbereich, das Schwimmbad wirkt auf den Fotos großzügiger
