Agréable
Pros:

Proximité de tout, les lit était vraiment confortable, les femmes de chambre sont vraiment au petit soin et tout est très propre. Le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

aucune insonorité absolument horrible on entend tout jusqu’a la moindre respiration mais tout le reste comble se manque

Pros:

Really clean, stuff is excelent. Location is perfect.

Cons:

We made a mistake and booked economy room which is quite expensive for that room. There is no balcony, you’re basically on roof.

If you have no choice what to choose, you can select this hotel.
Cons:

I paid 150 EUR per night and in the end which is not low.
The hotel itself is pretty old. No parking and streets are overcrowded so it is a quest to find a spot for your car somewhere. The area is noisy, people are screaming, driving noisy bikes and cars during the night and you have no normal sleep. In my case we received a lot of mosquitoes once checked in. We have visited beach where they asked us to pay for umbrellas even if it is under Mavridis. The real price is about 40-50 EUR per night.
P.S. - people working there - are nice and friendly.

Location is great right at the beach. Staff is veru friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good and tasty. rooms modern and very clean. they clean rooms every day.
