Hotellin koko henkilökunta sisätiloissa ja rannallaan todella panostaa asiakkaan viihtyvyyteen ja hyvinvointiin, erityiset kiitokset vastaanotossa ja siivouksessa työskenteleville.
Kysymyksiin/pyyntöihin reagoitiin aina erittäin ystävällisesti, kuulumisia kyseltiin myös päivittäin. Ilmapiiri on lämmin, kotoisa ja turvallinen. Aamupala ok. Hotelli tarjosi hyvissä ajoin omaa kuljetuspalveluaan lentokentältä/lentokentälle; kaikki toimi siinäkin juuri kuten oli sovittu.
Palvelun ja siisteyden lisäksi parasta oli ihan vieressä oleva meri: kirkas vesi, hyvä ranta uida ja nauttia auringosta. Upea maisema rannalta merelle. Ihailimme näkymiä myös mukavan isolta parvekkeeltamme.
Ostoskeskuksia, aktiviteetteja, risteilyjä, julkisen liikenteen verkkoa ym. kaipaaville kohde ei sovi, mutta jos haussa on etenkin kesän alkuun rauhallinen rantalomailu, tämä yllättävän vehreän pikkukylän hotelli on hyvä ja kukkarollekin ystävällinen vaihtoehto.
Öisin muutama hyttynen eksyi huoneeseen ja ilmastointilaitteen kanssa opettelimme hetken sopivia säätöjä, mutta ei tähän oikeastaan muuta kirjoitettavaa ole; henkilökunta auttoi aina pyydettäessä, jos jotain asiaa tai toivetta tuli.
Olimme saaneet arviointeja lukemalla jo etukäteen hyvin realistisen kuvan hotellista ja tiesimme, mitä odottaa. Olimme tyytyväisiä kokonaisuuteen.

posizione ottima per una piccola vacanza rilassante vicino a diverse spiagge, beach bar e ristoranti; camera spaziosa e pulita, doccia grande e comoda; cibo del loro ristorante molto molto buono.
al momento del check-in non vengono fornite molte indicazioni, se si cercano informazioni (check-out, spiaggia, deposito bagagli, etc.) bisogna chiederle esplicitamente; la colazione era molto molto semplice e non c'erano indicazioni dei cibi esposti; non avevo trovato quest'informazione prima ma consiglio ai viaggiatori gli scarpini per la spiaggia perchè l'ingresso in mare è di sassi molto pungenti!!
Curățenia care este la nivel de 5 * (la 2-3 zile schimb lenjerie, iar zilnic se schimbă prosoapele și se face curățenie în camere). De asemenea, trebuie menționată amabilitatea și profesionalismul întregului personal. Întreaga locație arată superb, este amplasată minunat (atât ptr shopping, cât și pentru plajă) și este foarte bine întreținută.
Deși suntem pentru al doilea an aici, acum ne-a surprins neplăcut faptul că, după primele două zile când șezlongurile erau ocupate după binecunoscuta regulă “primul venit, primul servit”, ulterior au introdus o nouă modalitate de repartizare cam dubioasă care pe noi ne-a dezamăgit (un tip de rezervare, făcută cu o zi înainte, dar sincer nu știu pe ce criterii, cert este că, noi ne-am impus să nu mai facem consumațiile consistente pe care le făceam anterior lăsându-i pe cei din primele rânduri). De asemenea, se menține politica privind “lipsa locurilor de parcare la proprietate”, dar bănuiesc că hotelul vrea să să degreveze astfel de gestionarea acestora, însă ele tehnic vorbind există (10-15 posibile locuri la trotuar în jurul locației), dar permanent multe sunt ocupate / blocate intenționat, de fapt (lucru care nu este de bun augur), de angajații hotelului cu scutere, jaloane sau mașinile angajaților / proprietății și eliberate eventual doar ptr cerințe punctuale. Restul turiștilor cazați se înghesuie să parcheze pe un teren viran din proximitate. Totodată, micul dejun ar putea fi mai variat (de la o zi la alta).

The beds were a bit uncomfortable.
Our stay at the hotel was excellent! We loved the location, right on the beach, with a fantastic beach restaurant (Piazza Grill) just steps away. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.
The only downside was the bathroom size, particularly the shower. It was very small and felt cramped, even for one person. Traveling with a child made it even more challenging, as there wasn't enough room to shower him comfortably without water splashing outside the shower area.
