Gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sauber und gemütlich. Chef hat uns sogar das Frühstück für uns schon um 7.00h bereitgestellt

Wenn Zimmernachbar telefonierte hat man alles gehört ( oberstes Zimmer)

Pros:

De grote, moderne kamer en badkamer en de goede koffiefaciliteit op de kamer. Het was meer een appartement.

Cons:

Het ligt een beetje uit n een buitenwijk, er is dus niets te doen in de nabije omgeving.

Il fatto che l'alloggio è stato ristrutturato di recente e dunque piacevole e abbastanza comodo.
Buona la disponibilità dell'ascensore e quella del parcheggio.
La disponibilità di bevande nel frigo, anche se, ovviamente, a pagamento.

Due cose non mi sono piaciute affatto:
La procedura del check-in e quella del pagamento in struttura.
In quanto alla prima, direi che anche se viene chiamato "Hotel" il funzionamento è più quello di un B&B, dove, non c'è una vera reception, ma è l'addetto alla cassa del medesimo ristorante a riceverti. Se arrivi quando il ristorante è chiuso, lo "albergo" è chiuso! Devi telefonare e la persona che si occupa delle pulizie viene e ti apre l'ingresso dell'allogio e ti da le chiavi, senza nemmeno guardare i documenti né registrarti legalmente. È capitato proprio così a noi!
Per il pagamento, la conferma di Booking specificava che si doveva effettuare "in struttura", dando una lista di carte di credito accettate dallo stabilimento. La nostra sorpresa è stata che il proprietario non accettava carte di credito ma solo CASH, come del resto per il servizio del ristorante. Avendo dunque rifiutato entrambi la mia Amex e la Mastercar, mi sono offerto di pagarlo a mezzo TWINT, accettato praticamente ovvunque in Svizzera, ma anche questo non è stato possibile perché non erano attrezzati per quel metodo di pagamento. Finalmente, il proprietario a accettato che, sulla fiducia, gli avrei fatto un bonifico bancario al mio rientro a casa.
Abbiamo trovato il tutto alquanto assurdo e strano, ma meno male che ci siamo accordati.
Ho effettuato il pagamento, confermandolo via la messaggistica di Booking, con copia del bonifico come prova dello stesso.
Ultima cosa, il materasso era buono, ma i cuscini non ne erano degni. Imbottitura floscia, rammollita, anche se ci siamo fatti aggiungere un secondo cuscino.

Pros:

Netter Gastgeber, Zimmer sauber und superweiche Handtücher. Zum Frühstück gab es leckeren Kaffee aus der Siebträger Maschine und es gab alles was das Frühstück Herz begehrt. Klein aber fein, frische Brötchen, Croissants, Müsli und Obstsalat.

Für meine Bedürfnisse sicher erfüllt
Pros:

Geräumiges sauberes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, grosser TV mit toller Auflösung

Cons:

Einchecken ohne Personal via Telefon könnte professioneller sein (man hat später festgestellt, dass mir das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen wurde.....), Brötchen und Croissant beim Morgenessen war nicht frisch

Pros:

Buona posizione a due passi dal lago. Camera tranquilla, un po' piccola ma dotata anche di angolo cucina. Disponeva anche di un balconcino dove potersi rilassare.

Cons:

Camera un po piccola con pochi spazi di movimento. Bagno completo ma senza finestra.
