The hotel is fortunate enough to have the largest city center car park in Wells. However, the spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that our restaurant can get busy and booking is advisable.
Due to the age and construction of the property there is no elevator access to higher floors- if this is an issue please contact the hotel who will be happy to assist you in allocating the right room for your needs.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The tripod lamp in the room we stayed in had cables protruding from the plug plus the earth wire had been cut other than that room was fine
We went for our golden wedding anniversary, but we didn’t tell the hotel . When we got back to our room ,there was a lovely card and Prosecco wish was a lovely touch. The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble xx

Mały parking, musiałam przestawić wczesnie auto na inną ulicę, ale recepcjonistka mi wszystko doskonale wytłumaczyła.

We asked for a ground floor room with walk in shower and were taken to a beautifully refurbished room with a King size bed and seating area with a sofa with air conditioning which was outstanding. The Hotel was in an excellent location walking distance to the cathedral and various restaurants and shops including a very good restaurant called Roots.
Very good breakfast too.
The hotel bar and restaurant could benefit from a bit of updating.
