We definitely brought more bags than necessary, but the room still felt manageable once we unpacked.
The breakfast selection was good and service was quick enough for someone with an early schedule. I also liked how easy it was to get in and out of the hotel during busy hours.
As per booking.com i can pay at the hotel, suddenly when we got there, they cant accomodate us because the only priority is paid on line without informing us.
there is a designated parking space for your vehicle.Staff were friendly

The atmosphere here was friendly without being overwhelming. I enjoyed having my privacy while still being greeted warmly whenever I came through the lobby.
The setting gave our trip an extra special feeling. We enjoyed sitting together and taking in the surroundings whenever we had free time. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable.
Concierge at Collection O Metro Manila shared excellent local dining spots and sightseeing routes. Their knowledge of the area really enhanced our short visit.
The hotel gave me exactly what I needed during a short business trip. It was clean, well managed, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive.

Great location if you want to stay close to Intramuros. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, and breakfast is good — solid value for a budget stay.

For its price, a few minor flaws are to be expected, but there is definitely great potential here. Addressing small fixes—like updating the comfort room door knobs—would make the stay even better.
Hotel offered everything we needed including hot water, clean towels daily, and secure parking. The reception staff were available around the clock which felt reassuring.
Cleanliness was 10/10. As parents, we loved how often the surfaces were wiped down. The room felt specifically designed with child safety in mind.
The receptionist was too accommodating and kind to assist us during our stay. Before we went up to our room, we verified first about the free “Genius breakfast” reflected in my app. The receptionist noticed that it was not in their system. She then confirmed it with the Booking customer service and yeah, the free breakfast was provided. Other good things to mention are the aircon unit which worked perfectly fine (for its budget-friendly price) and the free water in the hallway. Also, thanks to the staff for allowing us to check out late a bit due to an urgent matter.
The door knobs of the toilet and shower room are broken. And just a recommendation, hoping toiletries will be provided.
