Pros:

The property was completely uncooperative, with no suitable charging sockets, forcing us to leave our phones at reception every time we needed to charge them—totally unacceptable.

Cons:

Very disappointing service. The property did not cooperate in providing suitable power sockets for charging our mobile phones or laptop. We were repeatedly forced to leave our phones at reception just to charge them, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for paying guests.
