Pros:

Zdecydowanie lokalizacja. Pokój duży i czysty. Wszystkie sprzęty działające. Obsługa miła i komunikatywna. Śniadanie podawane do stolika. W pokoju było miejsce na odłożenie plecaka czy nieużywanych rzeczy. Z czystym sumieniem polecam każdemu.

Cons:

Okno na patio - ale patio czyste, zadbane i ciche.

Отличное место для отдыха
Pros:

Остались с семьей на два дня в этом отеле. Все было на высшем уровне. Персонал очень приветливый, комнаты чистые и завтрак был очень вкусный. Самое главное расположена прям в сердце старого города. Можно пешком до всех основных достопримечательностей дойти.

Royal rooms at a perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, delicious breakfast with various options and the staff is very nice and helpful!

Cons:

The room was very spacious, but old and dusty. There was no water or electricity in the middle of the night when I had to catch an early morning flight. I would have expected generators for a hotel of this caliber. The person in charge of the night shift was very distant and barely spoke.

Wszystko mi się podobało : począwszy od świetnej lokalizacji, bardzo smacznych i obfitych posiłków.Niezwykle życzliwej obsługi.Po wzorcową wręcz czystość obiektu. Naprawdę gorąco polecam hostel.

A good hotel with polite staff, but a couple of niggles.
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring historic Bukhara. It is bright and well-maintained with very polite staff. The rooms we were given were very clean and well equipped. Certainly, good value for money.

Cons:

When we arrived we were given a key card for the rooms and key cards to activate the electricity (nothing unusual), but when we got to our rooms the cards for the electricity did not work so we had to return to reception, at which point we were told that the power was off for the whole hotel for the next hour or 2. I just wish that they had told us at check-in rather than let us get to our rooms and have to turn around and go back to reception. The lack of power meant that the rooms were incredibly hot so out plan to rest and cool down were thwarted. This isn't a big issue, just annoying. I also feel that the breakfast offer needs to be revisited. It was served in a very hot room and was not very good.

Apart from the location i would not recommend this to anyone

Cons:

Very cramped rooms, extremely bad mattresses, bathrooms were just horrible. We even had a power outage in the middle of the night and the hotel had no way of accommodating us. We had to spend most of the night without electricity.
