We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room was large and fairly quiet despite overlooking busy street.

Cons:

The typical Dutch steep stairs carpeted in black which made it difficult to see. However staff delivered bags to the room and helped on the way down. Thanks

Pros:

Very centralized location. Room/apartment had the charm and comfort of a small town, but had upgraded modern features. Staff were very accommodating and proactive even prior to our arrival. I have stayed at Brasss Hotel Suites as a solo traveler, and then with family at the Haarlem Hotel Suites and both times have been wonderful. It's been the most peaceful sleep/rest during my trips to the Netherlands. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay, beautiful location, friendliest staff!
Pros:

The apartment was beautiful. The bedroom has a view right into a beautiful street so you can catch the vibrant feel of the city. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and the lovely staff helped us carry our bags upstairs.
Overall very lovely experience. The Bathroom is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I really recommend staying here if you want to explore Haarlem or Amsterdam :)

Bel appartement.
Pros:

Appartement propre, confortable et très bien placé.
Au niveau équipement, tout y est.
Même en plein centre, je n’ai pas entendu de bruit, c’était très calme.
Le jeune homme de l’accueil était très sympathique et agréable, il nous a même aidé avec nos bagages.
Bref je recommande.

Great staff and unexpected treats. Could use small improvements.
Pros:

It was a lovely and large apartment with a comfy sofa and great location. The bed was comfortable. The staff were excellent and a nice touch with generous drinks and snacks greet you at the reception as well as in the room. The generosity of wine and beer for free was an unexpected surprise.

Cons:

The apartment was quite simple with very basic decor. Not quite like the photos with real plants or art or anything. Could use some hooks or a coat rack by the door. The bathroom door would not close due to the door not fitting the frame so be careful if sharing with others. Bathroom shower gel has sulphates so those with sensitive skin be mindful of reactions. Would recommend they change it.

We enjoyed the location.
Pros:

We thourghly enjoyed the staff, location and comfort or the room.

Cons:

In our unit, one must travel to the bathroom to aquire water for the coffee. A sink in the main area would have been helpful. Letting us know that our unit was above a karaoke bar would have been nice to know.
