Schrecklicher Gestank im Badezimmer, der auch durch lüften nicht weg ging. Kanalisation?
Kaffeekapseln wurden nicht erneuert, mussten wir selber organisieren.
Keinerlei Service wie Handtuchaustausch z.Bspl.
Appartamento centralissimo, ben arredato, letto comodo, caffè e vino a disposizione, tutto perfetto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
De ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Het centrum ligt om de hoek en alle bezienswaardigheden zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen.
Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm en het appartement beschikte niet over airconditioning. Er was slechts één ventilator aanwezig, wat onvoldoende was om het appartement koel te houden. Daardoor is het appartement vooral geschikt bij temperaturen onder de 25 graden. Bij warmer weer kan het binnen erg heet worden.
Location was great. The living room and kitchen space was comfortable. The bedroom was small but the bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was tiny and the closet was not very useful.
Friendly and accommodating staff. They kindly also set up us with a different room that was cooler during the heat wave. Much appreciated! :)

De trappen zijn vrij stijl, maar dat komt omdat het een oud huis is.
Fabulous location in town. We had an upstairs apartment away from the main hotel. It was a good size with everything you need for self catering. Staff super friendly. The bed was comfy so we got a good night's sleep, even with the fan noise!
Couldn't see the TV very well as no curtains to block out the sunlight in the lounge area. It would also be good to have a tv in the bedroom but i understand it would be difficult because of the allowable space. Maybe a tv on castors that you can position away from the light in the lounge, and wheel into the bedroom haha! Top set of stairs to the apartment are very narrow so care to be taken if slightly squiffy
Great location. Easy walk to central parts of city. The suite was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again on returning to Haarlem.

Het was een apartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Schoon,netjes,heerlijke douche, fijn bed in aparte slaapkamer. Schone handdoeken en doucheartikelen aanwezig. Alles was gewoon goed geregeld. Geen last van lawaai of andere mensen en toch lekker midden in het centrum.De moeite waard om 1 maar ook zeker meerdere nachten te verblijven.
Eigenlijk viel niks tegen.....geen lift aanwezig dus wij moesten 2 trappen op dat is dan het enige wat jammer is. En je moet rekening houden dat je of betaald moet parkeren als je met de auto komt en dit kan niet direkt voor de deur. Parkeren in het centrum is behoorlijk prijzig. Of je moet zoals wij buiten het centrum parkeren,das gratis maar dan moet je nog minstens een kwartier lopen om bij het centrum te komen.
Great interior, very neat, lovely bathroom and the apartment has everything you need. The apartment was perfectly situated in the city centre. The welcoming was very friendly, we would definitely go back!
Unfortunately no airco, but we knew that when booking the apartment so no surprises. There’s no elevator in the apartment building so be careful if you have difficulties walking or climbing stairs.
Sehr netter Empfang , Koffer wurden ins Apartment gebracht, dass einige Meter von der Rezeption entfernt war. Viele steile Treppen, nichts für Menschen mit entsprechenden Einschränkungen. Superschönes Appartement, mit Schlafzimmer unterm Dach . Trotz guter Lüftung im Vorwege sehr heiß bei hohen Außentemperaturen und die Einkaufsstraße vor der Tür mit lauter feierfreudigen Menschen.

It was a warm week while we were there and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to cool down the apartment even at night.
Everything was clean and superb! Staff friendly and helpful! Location was great you step out and you are in the middle of all stores and restaurants.
Only thing was airco would be nice because of the warm weather but did have ventilator was good :) they are working on it to get it done.
