Ok niet bijzonder. Kamer was wel altijd uitmuntend opgemaakt. Complimenten daarvoor.
Cons:

Ik had op parkeren geselecteerd en dacht dat het gratis parkeren had maar moest toch 15 eu per dag betalen voor de garage. Zeker voor een hotel dat zo weinig centraal ligt is dit erg fors bedrag

Fin morgenmad. Gode og rummelig værelser med aircondition. Der var pænt og rent. Hotellet ligger i fin gå afstand til Volkspark stadion.

Great value for money, perfect for one night but next to busy road
Pros:

Great location for one night, right next to the highway. Great value for money (we booked a two-bed room for 77 euros).

Cons:

Quit loud as it’s next to a main, busy road and with the heat we were forced to sleep with our window open to get some fresh air in the room. Even with earplugs in, woke up many times during the night.

Wir waren sehr zu frieden.
Pros:

Da wir ins Krankenhaus Altona musste war die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Das Angebot eine Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage haben wir genutzt, der Preis okay. Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Toilette ist sehr niedrig

Die Lage war top, die Öffis sind gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ein Traum!

Cons:

Die Zimmer schienen schon eher abgewohnt und die Türe der Zimmer kann man nicht leise schließen, was natürlich für andere Gäste und einen selbst störend ist.

Die Ausstattung ist ok und auch nicht zu “abgewohnt”

Sehr missfallen hat mir die Rezeption bei Abreise. Obwohl ich schon Gast in der Woche zuvor war, war angeblich meine Firmenadresse nicht hinterlegt, die junge Frau war äußerst genervt und hat dies durch Desinteresse gezeigt. Die Rechnung musste ich zweimal reklamieren, nach 20 Minuten war es dann geschafft aber auf mein “Danke” kam leider Reaktion mehr, ich denke es gibt genügend Hotels in Hamburg.
Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag aber als Gesicht des Hotels an der Rezeption ist das kontraproduktiv
