Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof, sehr idyllisch. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, kostenlose Minibar, Betten sehr bequem, hochwertig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation. Zum Aus- und Einladen haben wir auf dem Taxistand gehalten, der zum Glück nicht sehr oft frequentiert ist. Rundum nur Anwohnerparken möglich. Wir haben beim Tennisstadion am Rothenbaum geparkt, das Parken dort ist kostenpflichtig, Entfernung Fußweg zum Hotel ca. 10 Minuten.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Im Hinterhof war es sehr leise. Die Nähe zum Cafe Leonar ist top - dort kann man sehr gut frühstücken. Der Check-In Vorgang war easy.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich war alles top - im Bad hätten mehr Handtuchhaken sein können...
Die Matratze war zu weich (ist aber Ansichtssache)
Die Sachets mit Kaffeepulver waren nicht vorhanden und wurden in den drei Tagen auch nicht aufgefüllt. Tee war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden

Modernes Zimmer und tolle Ausstattung!
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet u. a. eine Minibar und Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenhof. Der Check-In war problemlos und die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist gut zu erreichen.

Pros:

Das Viertel, die ruhige Lage, die Grösse des Zimmers.
Einchecken hat auch gut geklappt.

Cons:

Uns hat gefehlt, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab unsere Koffer abzustellen, so, dass wir bis zu unserem Flug am frühen Abend damit ein Problem hatten.
Da wir die Terrasse schon nutzen konnen, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn sie ein bisschen gepflegter gewsen wäre ( sicher ist das im Sommer anders?)

Leider schon für nächstes Jahr ausgebucht.

Außerordentlich geschmackvoll und hochwertig gestaltetes Zimmer in einem sehr ruhigen Hinterhof mitten im charmanten Grindel Viertel. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, auch außerhalb der regulären Check in Zeiten!

Sehr zu empfehlen wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Ist es total still kein Lärm. Essen im Leonard ist sehr gut. Die Dusche ist geräumig und angenehm.
