Reception is open between 07:00 and 12:00. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM through a machine outside the building. Three days before you arrive, you will automatically receive a message with important booking information and the option to pre-check in.
You will receive your check-in code via email on the morning of your arrival.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Early check-ins are only possible upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional fee.

Late check-outs are not possible. Unfortunately, luggage cannot be stored on-site.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение, рядом с отелем станция S1 от/до аэропорта, очень простая система получения ключей по коду, присылают на почту инструкцию очень понятную и простую, в отеле очень чисто, кровать удобная, утром на рецепшен можно выпить кофе с круасаном, в 2-х мин есть кафешка, там можно позавтракать, до станции метро U минут 5 пешком. Проживание очень понравилось. После выезда прислали письмо что я не оплатила туристический сбор, хотя могли бы сообщить об этом во время моего проживания. Я все оплатила и отправила им письмо, ответа о получении пока нет, надеюсь что все в порядке

Konumuyla akilda kalici fakat konfor acisindan fiyat performans olarak hoslanmadigim bir konaklamaydi.

Otel konumu harika. Giris/cikis islemleri de kolaydi. Sabah kahve ve 1 adet kruvasan ikrami da basariliydi. Kruvasan 2 adet verilse daha iyi, tam kahvalti gibi olur.

Cons:

Odanin baktigi konumdan surekli can sesi geliyor olmasi biraz rahatsiz etti. Esas benim icin en buyuk problem, 4 gunumu ayni havluyla gecirmek oldu. 3 Gun oda temizlik istedim ve havlu asla degistirilmedi, mevcut havlumu surekli kurusun diye tuvalete asilmis sekilde buldum. Sadece oda toplanip cikiliyor gibiydi. Bu yuzden sonrasinda odanin temizlenmesini gereksiz bularak istemedim. Hijyen acisindan el/vucut havlularinin her oda temizliginde gunluk degismesi gerekir. Yatak carsafi veya yastik kilifi da degismemisti sanirim fakat havlu degismemisken onlarin degismesini beklemek komik olurdu. Yatak cok gicirdiyordu, cift kisilik ama arasinda bosluk vardi. İki tek yatak birlestirildigi icin, rahatsiz ediciydi. Yastiklarin ici bos gibiydi, yuksekte yatmayi seven birine gore inanilmaz yumusak ve az dolguluydu. Eger cok uygun fiyata kalmis olsaydim bunlari tolore edebilirdim fakat fiyat dengesine bakildiginda rahatsiz oldugumu belirtebilirim.

4 Tage Hamburg - gute Basisatation
Pros:

Problemloses Ein und Auschecken. Freundliches Personal, Kaffee am Morgen. Gute Lage. Blick auf die Elfi.
Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straße - sehr laut. Dies war aber auch in der Beschreibung angegeben. Mit Ohropax OK.

Für maximal zwei Übernachtungen würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Lage bestens, Tiefgarage top, Zimmer in Ordnung.

Cons:

Ich hätte doch schon lieber was mit richtigem Frühstück - Kaffee und Croissant (warm gemacht) ist für mehrere Tage dann eintönig.

Een heel fijn verblijf op een perfecte lokatie
Pros:

Perfecte lokatie, fijn dat ondanks er geen ontbijt geserveerd wordt er ‘s morgens koffie en een croissantje gehaald kan worden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was het mij niet helemaal duidelijk dat er geen receptie open was en we zelf via een code onze pasjes konden halen. Maar ik werd telefonisch goed geholpen, dus dat was snel opgelost.

Incredibile quarto piano di una struttura religiosa
Pros:

L'hotel che si sviluppa sul quarto piano di un istituto teologico si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Amburgo e vicinissimo alla fermata della metro. Le stanze sono molto grandi, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliera è molto puntuale e accurato. Abbiamo molto apprezzato nel bagno la presenza di tanti specchi e i vari vani portaoggetti presenti. Cosa importante, che nonostante l'hotel sia all'interno di una struttura religiosa si tratta di una struttura laica e non è richiesto alcun vincolo di culto particolare.

Cons:

La reception è aperta solo poche ore al mattino e non c'è la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli in custodia dopo il check out.
