Reception is open between 07:00 and 12:00. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM through a machine outside the building. Three days before you arrive, you will automatically receive a message with important booking information and the option to pre-check in.
You will receive your check-in code via email on the morning of your arrival.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Early check-ins are only possible upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional fee.

Late check-outs are not possible. Unfortunately, luggage cannot be stored on-site.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Basic clean tidy room, I got what I expected for the price.
Pros:

Good size clean room, comfy Bed, fridge, quiet enough with the windows shut, plenty of wall sockets. Overall I got what I expected for the price, a kettle would have been nice but one may have been available I didn't bother asking in the end.
Check in was easy just put the code they send in the screen outside the front door, a tray opens with your key cards, the room number is a sticker on the back of the tray so make sure you remember it before the tray shuts.

Cons:

Shower is fine for the average person but larger people will definitely find it cramped, No Kettle was supplied though one may be available I didn't bother asking in the end, noisy with the windows open but as city location but I guess this is to be expected was fine when windows were shut.

Wir werden immer wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns hervorragend. S- Bahn direkt gegenüber. Rathaus und Junfernstieg konnte sogar zu Fuß erreicht werden. Restaurants waren schnell und fussläufig erreichar. In der Elbphilharmonie war man in kurzer Zeit mit S- und U-Bahn. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, sogar einen Kühlschrank. Zum Frühstück konte man sich Kaffee und Croissant an der Rezeption kostenfrei holen.

Super Lage, Zimmer zum Kirchhof sehr ruhig. Es gibt kein Frühstück, aber in fußläufiger Nähe Cafés bzw. Bäcker.

Cons:

Ich hatte telef. einen Wasserkocher bestellt, der aber nicht da war.

Perfekte Lage, einfach aber gut. Klasse, dass es morgens Tee und ein Croissant gibt.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad hat es stark nach Abfluss gerochen.

Pros:

Der Michaelis Hof hat eine unschlagbare Lage und ist fußläufig wie mit der Bahn supergut in alle Richtungen angebunden.
Es ist richtig sauber, die Zimmer großzügig und je nach Fenster sieht man sogar die Elbphilharmonie. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Stimmung ruhig und gelassen. Außerdem gibt es kleine Sitzecken und Balkone, die sich nutzen lassen.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, sogar Garagenstellplatz (5€!) in dieser zentralen Lage.
