Pros:

Отличное место в центре города, в пешей доступности ботсад, опера, центральная площадь. При этом сам отель находится на тихой улочке.

Cons:

К сожалению, наш номер был плохо убран: очень пыльные занавески и с потолка свисала паутина. Не рекомендую людям с аллергией на пыль.

Séjour sans grande saveur mais chèrement payé.
Pros:

Le charme "hôtel particulier" au charme suranné est séduisant. Le personnel est serviable.
La situation proche du centre Messe et Congres est appréciable (15 min à pied).
Le petit déjeuné est copieux : oeufs cuisinés à la demande, viennoiseries délicieuses, charcuteries, céréales, etc ...

Cons:

Situé au deuxième étage, avec un ascenseur hors d'âge (les autres étages sont occupés par d'autres enseignes d'hôtel, ce qui est inattendu, même pour le chauffeur de taxi).
La décoration, la qualité du mobilier, les salles d'eau ne sont pas du tout au niveau du standing que l'architecture de l'immeuble pourrait laisser penser.
Il en découle que le prix est franchement trop élevé au regard de la prestation.

Angenehm, sauber und viel Platz.
Pros:

Sehr gute und rasche Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr freundlicher Nacht-Portier.
Es ist ein Altbau der nett hergerichtet ist und noch etwas vom alten Charme durchscheinen lässt.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Top Frühstück. Sie werden hier nicht enttäuscht sein.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ganz klar zu empfehlen. Es ist sauber und nett und sehr gut gelegen. Direkt am Park Planten und Blomen, S Bahn sehr nah dabei und eigentlich auch alles in 20 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Parken vor der Tür sehr gut möglich für 10/11.50 Euro den ganzen Tag. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und sehr nett bereitet. Die Zimmer so weit auch sehr gut, ruhig und mit guten Matratzen versehen.

Cons:

Das einzige was wirklich ein Update gebrauchen könnte ist das Bad im Zimmer. Das es sehr klein ist kann man ja nicht ändern, aber die Fliesen in der Dusche könnten zeitgemäß ohne Fugen ausgeführt werden. Der Duschkopf MUSS dringend ausgetauscht werden und das Waschbecken mit dem alten Hahn bedarf ebenfalls eines Updates. Es war aber alles sauber !

Die Lage war für unseren Besuch in Hamburg optimal.

Cons:

Es wurde explizit darum gebeten beide Zimmer möglichst dicht beieinander zu haben, vor Ort stellten wir fest, dass es auch zahlreiche freie Zimmer unmittelbar nebeneinander (in den entsprechenden Buchungskategorien) gegeben hätte.
Vom Personal wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es leider keine Zimmer direkt nebeneinander geben würde, man uns aber Zimmer rausgesucht hätte die zumindest auf der gleichen Etage und relativ dicht beieinander wären.
Letztendlich lagen beide Räume am jeweils anderen Ende des Flurs. Da das Hotel Amsterdam nur über ein Stockwerk verfügt, war zumindest (fast) gegeben, dass beide Zimmer auf der gleichen Etage sind (wobei das Zimmer der Kinder nur über einen kleinen Treppenaufgang erreichbar war).

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Central position, large and bright room, very clean, comfy bed, delicious breakfast and kind staff, - cleaning girls and the blonde one at the breakfast time also very friendly with our dog :)

Cons:

Upon our arrival, the girl at the reception desk seemed more focused on her phone than on our arrival; since it was early, I asked her to store our bags, but she simply told us to leave it on some chairs at the entrance. Maybe a dedicated area would have made us feel safer and more welcomed.
