Pros:

Посрещането и отношението на рецепционистката на 18.06 както и на сервитьора в ресторанта бяха супер. Отзивчиви и приятни хора. Локацията е Ок. Хотелът е Ок като цяло.

Cons:

На 19.06 - сервитьорката - ужасно поведение, рецепционистката за 2 ходения до рецепция все пушеше навън...

Definitely recommend it for a great stay in Haskovo! :)
Pros:

Clean, spacious, modern rooms, with everything you needed. Private parking available on-site. Good breakfast for just 5,50 euros and also the restaurant is very good, we had more delicious meals there at reasonable prices!
The staff was very kind and helpful.
Close to the city center.
Overall, a great stay!

Cons:

The bed mattresses could be a bit more confortable (we had 2 single beds).

Pros:

Отель расположен на склоне ходма недалеко от центра города. Небольшой, но уютный номер с хорошим видом из окна.
Паркинг под крышей. Завтрак по меню, очень вкусный и сытный, гостям отеля 10% скидка.
Были один день, пообедали замечательно в ресторане отеля. Потом еще вечером не удержались от десерта. Пирожные - объедение.

хотела е добър , мястото също, но персонала трябва да е доста по мотивиран
Pros:

Ресторанта е хубав и идеята за алакарт меню за закуска е добра

Cons:

Персонала беше не отзивчив и некомпетентен.
Пристигнахме късно , много гладни , точно преди да затвори ресторанта и не ни обслужиха, дори не предложиха място от което да си поръчаме храна - с други думи мълчаха,гледаха тъпо и искаха просто да се качим в стаята

Pros:

Locatia, curatenia, micul dejun si amabilitatea personalului.

Cons:

Pentru a amenaja un pat dintr-o canapea extensibila in apartament au cerut 18 euro. Excesiv de mult fiind deja apartament cu 2 camere

Отлична локация, голяма и просторна стая, изключително любезен персонал.

Cons:

Шумно е в стаите откъм булеварда. В стаята, в която отседнах не работеше минибарът. Телевизорът беше с малък екран и дистанционно устройство, на което трудно се натискат бутоните.
