Comfortable
Pros:

Nice taste for morning drink.
All staff very helpful. So fast action when we need something.
(Also bonus thank you to staff on front for help me borrow 100baht for paid 'tuktuk'.)

Cons:

Toilet very slippery. More be careful.

Kind staffs, Clean, Very good, Value for money
Pros:

1. Staffs always smile and polite
2. Location very easy to get around
3. Plenty car park slots
4. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, very clean facility

Suitable for travellers who are driving
Pros:

Hotel is near to Hatyai Chinatown, walking distance to Chinatown, some small restaurant and 7 Eleven. A lot of parking space, suitable for travellers who are driving.

No deposit needed, but will charge half of the room fees with your credit card, and another half pay to the hotel when you check in. A small pantry serves FOC Hot coffee, the coffee machine available in the morning until 11am, and you can use the microwave if you want to heat up some food.

Cons:

Didn't have hair dryer, toilet's lock is broken, only 1 chair in the room, didn't hv garbage bag in the rubbish bin.

You can do better than this
Pros:

Location was quite okay, relatively close to bus/trans stations and center (all within walking distance). There are many sockets, also close to the bed. The lights are quite bright, which is okay for if you want to work, but when going to sleep it's either that or immediately off.

Cons:

The balcony is tiny, barely enough for 1 person to stand; if you advertise the rooms with balcony, you should disclose the fact that it is not a regular balcony and include a photo to inform people as this can be seen as false advertising!
There was no kettle in the room, which is substandard. Downstairs they were even selling instant noodles; what to do with those if you cannot even boil water in the room?
