Restaurant amb habitacions
Pros:

Edifici exterior molt bonic. Situat en ple centre d'una localitat molt bonica.
Bon bany amb banyera i dutxa separats.
L'esmorzar finalment va acabar sent un bon punt, tot i que inicialment no ho vam veure així: a l'arribada ens van informar que l'endemà les instalacions estaven tancades i que l'esmorzar seria en una fleca propera. El lloc era preciós, però es necessita temps, ja que el van preparar al moment (no era un buffet llest).

Cons:

Estavem en una habitació per a 4 persones. Les escales per accedir-hi eren increiblement estretes, molt dificil de pujar i baixar amb maletes (fins i tot un troley petit) També hi havia escales a l'interior de l'habitació, ja que dos llits eren a la part superior.
Vam tenir la sensació que era un restaurant amb habitacions, no un hotel amb restaurant.
No obstant això, si no teniu problemes de mobilitat i no us importen les escales, és OK.

Disappointed, not value for money
Cons:

Self check in - no staff on duty. Not keen on downloading their app - just a plain text/email message with info needed would have been far less stressful.
Bathroom not serviced properly - insufficient toilet paper and soap, only one glass. Fridge did not appear to work
Not informed of alternative breakfast arrangements at local bakery shop in advance.
All of this could have easily been rectified if there had been a member of staff on duty

Fijn hotel
Pros:

De locatie, midden in het centrum van Heusden, is geweldig. Het hotel is heel sfeervol. Het ontbijt, verzorgd door de lokale bakker “Bakkertje Deeg” was voortreffelijk. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Heusden.

Cons:

Als je slechter ter been bent, is dit hotel misschien niet zo geschikt. Je moet een aantal steile trappen omhoog. Onze kamer was wat aan de krappe kant en het bed was voor ons te zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk. Maar prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is zeker in orde.

Erg mooi plaatsje Heusden.
Pros:

Geweldige locatie met een heerlijk restaurant in de avondzon. Kleine complete kamer met prima bedden, heerlijke douche en zelfs koelkastje op kamer.
Uitzicht op de gezellige Vismarkt.

Cons:

Helaas door personeelstekort de eerste ochtend geen ontbijt in het hotel. Konden naar een erg leuke bakkerij dichtbij en kregen een veel te ruim 'verplicht' ontbijt.
