The staff are the real highlight. Every interaction made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Their hospitality is genuine, and they go the extra mile to help whenever needed.
To the management: please consider giving your team a salary raise or bonus. Great service like this deserves to be rewarded. They are one of the reasons guests would happily come back.
Highly recommended. ❤️

Cons:

Just one small suggestion for improvement. The steps at the main entrance are a little bit high. For younger guests it’s probably fine, but elderly guests may need a bit more effort to climb them. Maybe adding a ramp or handrail would make it more accessible and comfortable for everyone.
